Sweaty feet are a problem for many men and women. Some people do not pay attention to the shortcoming, others struggle - actively, but to no avail.
Excessive sweating of the feet brings discomfort to life. It can be embarrassing to take off your shoes when visiting. An unpleasant smell repels others and interferes with communication. Wet feet quickly freeze and lead to colds.
Why do people's feet sweat? Sweat glands in the skin of the feet secrete moisture to maintain the temperature of the feet, so a little sweating is necessary for the body to function properly.
Millions of microorganisms live on the feet and eat dying epithelial cells. A warm, humid environment is favorable for their reproduction. The waste products of microbes, which are sometimes joined by a fungus, have a specific smell. The smell can become unbearable.
Severe sweating - hyperhidrosis - requires treatment. Sweaty feet are aggravated by certain diseases, stress and emotional experiences.
Causes of leg hyperhidrosis:
Often the problem lies in the wrong choice of shoes and hosiery. Do not buy synthetic socks that do not allow you to get rid of moisture in a timely manner. Synthetic leather does not “breathe”. Cotton socks and tights are breathable and comfortable.
Nylon is also synthetic. If a woman cannot do without nylon tights, she needs to wash them after each use.
Thrifty people buy shoes and boots made from artificial materials. Sweaty feet become a “payback” for being cheap. Artificial shoes do not allow the feet to get rid of excess heat and sweat and interfere with skin breathing. Buy high quality leather shoes with natural insoles.
Stagnant unpleasant odor in boots, sneakers, shoes will be eliminated by formidron. Dampen a cotton swab, wipe the inside of the shoes and dry, preferably in the fresh air. A few bay leaves under the insole will also protect your shoes from odor.
Maintain good foot hygiene, even if you do not suffer from excessive sweating. Proper foot care will prevent hyperhidrosis.
Sweat on your feet is not always associated with ignoring personal hygiene rules. Sweating can be a specific feature of the body. If, while following the above rules, your feet sweat, what should you do?
How to get rid of sweaty feet if folk remedies are not enough?
In Russia, Teymurov's paste, or zinc ointment, is widely used. This product has a drawback: it stains clothes. Socks may be impossible to wash. Other drugs - Borozin, Formidron, Drisol, Formagel - contain tannins similar to natural ones. They relieve sweating of the feet and fungal diseases. Foot baths with manganese solution are effective.
Pharmacies sell medicinal cosmetics for the problem of sweaty feet, which also soften the skin. For example, it is enough to apply Deo-Control deodorant once a week.
Use sprays and ointments with menthol, chestnut extract, camphor, calendula, grape leaf extract, rutin. The latter strengthens the walls of blood vessels and capillaries.
Clinics solve the problem of sweating feet using the following methods:
Botox injections are an effective and safe remedy for sweaty feet. But this expensive method is not available to everyone.
Do not delay the treatment of the problem of sweating feet. For effective and sustainable results, combine folk remedies and medicines. Start with the simplest means. If they are ineffective, take drastic measures.

Sweaty feet may be a sign of hyperhidrosis, in which the entire body or certain parts of it sweat more than a healthy person. The reasons can be various factors - from insufficient hygiene to infectious diseases.
Wet feet are not the worst symptom. The feet smell unpleasant, which causes significant discomfort to a woman or man. Treatment can be carried out with folk remedies for sweating feet, which are simple and convenient to use at home.
For sweating and foot odor, use baths, lotions, dry mixtures and herbal infusions. Some products need to be left overnight, others applied during the day, and the duration of their use depends on the cause of the disease. Let’s look in detail at the best folk recipes that will help get rid of sweat and foot odor.
There are several factors that affect the condition of the feet and are not a disease. You can eliminate them yourself without the help of a doctor.
Excessive foot sweating and unpleasant odor may occur:
With constant physical activity, the body is rebuilt, and intense sweating begins even with light exertion.
Almost all of the above factors can be eliminated and get rid of the problem. But there is a possibility that the reason lies deeper:
There are many serious reasons why feet may sweat, and only a specialist can determine them. There is no need to delay seeing a doctor so that the disease is detected as early as possible.
Foot hygiene using foot baths is a common remedy for sweaty feet. The water temperature should not be too high - 40-45 degrees. The procedure is carried out for 15-20 minutes, then to enhance the effect you can apply a cream against sweating feet.
What solutions are suitable for baths:
Foot baths eliminate unpleasant odors, reduce sweating, and also take care of the skin of the feet. The procedures should be carried out daily, the course of treatment should be 2-3 weeks, then the positive effect will become clearly visible.
Baths should not be used during pregnancy, at high temperatures, varicose veins and diabetes, and if there are scratches or wounds on the legs.
If you don’t have the time or energy for bath procedures, there are several simple and quick ways to eliminate the problem - these are wipes and powders. They are also based on traditional medicine recipes:
Before using any of the medications, feet should be washed clean and dried thoroughly. No means will help if you neglect the basic rules of personal hygiene.
When choosing casual shoes, pay attention to the quality of the materials from which they are made. It needs to be dried, ventilated and washed regularly, insoles changed if necessary, and treated with disinfectant sprays. In summer, wear mostly open-toed shoes.
Constant use of powders or lotions can hide the symptom, and folk remedies for sweaty feet do not always eliminate the cause of the disease. Therefore, do not delay visiting a doctor to avoid serious consequences.
Perhaps there have always been and will be problems that have plagued humanity for a very long time. It is not known whether the primitive ancestors of modern man suffered from sweating feet, but today this problem spoils the lives of many. Fortunately, there are extremely simple, yet effective, folk remedies for sweaty feet. We will talk about some of them today.
Elena Malysheva: “Normal state of the body or Hyperhidrosis!”
For many years now I have been appearing on your TV screens every day and we talked about various diseases, but we did not specifically focus on Hyperhidrosis! So what is it?
Today, dermatologists and cosmetologists rightly believe that the main cause of uncontrollable sweating of the skin on the legs is various types of pathogenic fungi. These microorganisms love damp, warm places, making your feet, covered with socks and shoes, an ideal haven for them. The main sign indicating a “fungal” etiology of sweating of your feet is constant itching, burning, a feeling of “coals” between the toes and similar unpleasant and even painful sensations.
Remember! The risk of developing mycosis increases with excessive sweating, a weakened immune system, bruises (when abrasions occur and nails break off), as well as with constant wearing of closed shoes, when the feet are, in fact, in greenhouse conditions throughout the day.
It is known that men are more likely to suffer from both sweating and athlete's foot. The exact reason for this predisposition has not yet been identified. Some researchers suggest that levels of certain hormones may be to blame. It is possible that these substances released in sweat stimulate the growth of fungal microflora.
Like other mycoses, foot fungus, which develops as a result of sweating or provokes it, can be transmitted from person to person. Another danger that many conveniently forget about is the possibility of “transferring” mycosis from the legs to other parts of the body.
When you are being treated for sweating of the feet, it is mandatory (!) to strictly follow the basic rules of personal hygiene: for example, after treating your feet with a medicinal composition, you should not pick your ears. By strictly following proven recipes for treating sweating and mycosis, you can completely cope with the problem in just two to three weeks.
All the treatment methods we describe are completely safe and involve the use of products that do not contain harmful or toxic compounds. This, however, does not eliminate the need to consult a specialist. In addition, the recommendations given in the article cannot be considered official medical advice.

Garlic has been known since ancient times as an effective antibacterial and antifungal agent. This amazing plant contains a huge amount of phytoncides, which in their effectiveness can sometimes compete with modern medications.
In addition, garlic is also useful for sweating, which has nothing to do with the action of pathogenic fungi : it easily destroys microbes “responsible” for the destruction of sweat and the appearance of an unpleasant odor. With regular use, the skin of the feet becomes noticeably cleaner, softer, and the specific “aroma” from the shoes worn completely disappears. It should be used in the form of the following composition:
This product is used once a day for at least three weeks. In more than 70% of cases, this simple drug allows you to completely cope with sweating, fungi and unpleasant odor from the feet.
“Never use deodorant and forget about sweating!” - say famous athletes Elena Isinbaeva and Maria Sharapova . Read more in our exclusive interview. Read more…
Vinegar is a natural antiseptic . It has a very low pH, which helps kill odor-causing bacteria and fungi. In addition, natural apple cider vinegar itself is an excellent cosmetic product that improves the condition of the skin of the feet. Finally, it literally draws out excess moisture from the sweat glands and preserves some of them, which also causes a decrease in sweating.
Vinegar should be used by mixing it with clean and warm water in a ratio of 1:3. Used in the form of foot baths , exposure time is at least 15 minutes. Do this two to three times a day. After each “soaking” you need to thoroughly dry your feet with towels. It should be repeated for at least a couple of weeks, after which a positive effect will be visible.
You can use vinegar in a 1:1 ratio. Wash your feet with antiseptic soap, soak a cotton swab in a mixture of vinegar and water, and then apply the mixture to the skin of your feet. Exposure time – 20 minutes. After this period, gently wipe your feet with a damp cloth, dry with a towel and powder with talcum powder. This procedure should be repeated twice a day for about three weeks.
Note that it is not necessary to use apple cider vinegar. More precisely, we would strongly recommend taking it... but only if the product is natural and obtained by fermenting apple wine. The fact is that such a drug helps not only reduce or completely eliminate sweating: it has an excellent effect on the condition of the skin of the feet.
Ordinary vinegar, obtained by chemical synthesis, does not have such a pronounced effect. In addition, at home it is quite possible to obtain a completely natural product without spending a lot of time and effort.
Victoria Fedorenko: “Thanks to this product, I stopped sweating”
In general, we will talk about sweating. It all started from the moment I bought a gym membership. Of course, a beautiful slim body is the ultimate dream of many girls. But they are often silent about the efforts they took to obtain it. Sweat was dripping off me!
Oddly enough, but “live” yogurt, which contains a lot of lactobacilli, is an excellent remedy for excessive sweating of the feet, helping to improve the condition of the skin and eliminate unpleasant odors. In addition, cosmetologists have proven that harmless lactobacilli are the worst natural enemies of many pathogenic fungi.
But! Only (!) natural yogurt has all these properties, the shelf life of which does not exceed five to six days maximum. Ideally, you should cook it yourself. “Something” packaged in plastic cups with a shelf life of six months has nothing in common with real yogurt!
The product is very easy to use. Yogurt must be applied to the skin of the feet and wait until it dries completely. After drying, wash your feet with warm water and dry your skin thoroughly with towels. Frequency of use: twice a day. The duration of therapy is three or four weeks minimum.
In addition, during the “treatment” you need to regularly eat yogurt - this way you will stabilize the condition of the intestines, stabilize the intestinal microflora and ensure ideal metabolism in your body. All this will help reduce sweating, and the sweat produced will not smell so unpleasant. Finally, natural yogurt contains many vitamins and microelements that help improve the condition of the skin of your entire body.
This method is especially good for women who care about the condition of their legs. Yogurt, by the way, is perfect for comprehensive preparation for the summer season.
Many people forget that every apartment has a universal remedy that can get rid of sweating, fungi and unpleasant odors. If anything, we are talking about ordinary table salt. It helps “ preserve” some sweat glands and draw excess moisture from the skin. Of course, when used correctly, there are known cases when especially “zealous” people got their feet so dirty that they then had to get rid of abscesses and other unpleasant consequences for a long time. The correct use of table salt is as follows:
The procedure should be repeated four to five times a day until a positive effect is achieved (this may take up to five weeks, patience is required). Note: saline solution should not be used if you have wounds, scratches, or other deep damage to the skin of your feet.
Tea tree oil is a powerful antiseptic and has pronounced antifungal properties . In addition, it smells pleasant and can be used as a natural deodorant, eliminating unpleasant odors from sweating feet and even shoes. It is non-irritating; tea tree oil can be used to eliminate hyperhidrosis of the legs not only in adults, but also in children.
Cosmetologists advise using it in the form of a mixture (1:1) with natural cold-pressed olive oil. The composition is applied to the skin of the feet twice a day. There is no need to wash off the drug. Duration of use depends on the time required for the complete disappearance of sweating and unpleasant odor. Typically this takes about two weeks. Subsequently, it is recommended to repeat the procedure at least twice a week. This is necessary to consolidate the positive effect.
If the condition of the skin on your legs is very far from perfect, it is better to try another recipe, recommended even by professional cosmetologists. Mix three parts tea tree oil and one part aloe vera gel. The mixture is rubbed into the skin of the feet for six to eight weeks. The good thing about the drug is that in just a few days of regular use it can make the skin of the feet soft and tender, and therefore it can be used not only in the treatment of sweating, but also if you want to eliminate cosmetic defects of the feet.
Regular black tea contains many antioxidants and tannins. Their combination allows you to “heal” the sweat glands on the legs and reduce their secretory activity. In addition, powerful tannic acids can effectively suppress even the activity of pathogenic fungi, which is useful in the treatment of fungal foot diseases.
Finally, tea is a well-known antiperspirant, capable of absorbing all odors like a sponge. With regular use, you can completely eliminate the “odors” that accompany people with constantly sweating feet. This tool should be used as follows:
The treatment should be repeated up to three times a day, the treatment period should be at least five or six weeks. To achieve lasting positive results, you need to take foot baths regularly. Note that this method is more suitable for men, since the skin of the feet will inevitably turn brownish-brown due to the constant action of black tea. Women, especially in the summer, will obviously not like this.
As cosmetologists and dermatologists have found out, ordinary cinnamon contains many specific substances that can inhibit the secretory activity of the sweat glands. In addition, this spice is a natural deodorant that eliminates the unpleasant odor of old sweat. Here's how to use cinnamon:
Of course, with due diligence and patience, the disgusting smell of feet, which for many people who are forced to wear tight and strict shoes for a long time at work, becomes a real curse, completely disappears.
Olive leaf contains antifungal as well as antimicrobial compounds, which makes it effective in combating sweating and foot odor. And this, by the way, was noticed back in Ancient Greece. Use the leaves as follows:
Several years ago, “official” dermatology finally proved that olive leaf can be used to treat even severe foot mycoses.
Since ancient times, onions have been considered almost a panacea, since its effectiveness against many diseases has long been known. This plant is rich in vitamins and microelements, and also contains many antibacterial compounds. Despite its specific smell, it literally “absorbs” other odors, and therefore can be used to eliminate the unpleasant odor that occurs when feet sweat. The method of application is as follows:
Thus, you can treat sweaty feet with folk remedies, spending literally a few pennies on it. Onions in vegetable stores are so inexpensive that you can treat your feet with its juice at least every hour, and your family budget will not notice the additional burden.
Baking soda is also a well-known and common household remedy that is somehow always forgotten when it comes to treating excessive sweating of the feet.
Meanwhile, soda is a natural adsorbent and antiperspirant. It normalizes the secretory activity of the sweat glands and absorbs excess fluid. Due to the high pH, the activity of microorganisms is suppressed, as a result of which it is also possible to cope with the unpleasant odor and cosmetic problems of the skin of the feet.
All of the folk remedies described above are a good alternative to expensive drug treatment. But this does not mean that you do not need to constantly consult an experienced dermatologist and/or cosmetologist. If the degree of sweating does not change at all or even increases, be sure to consult a doctor. It is quite possible that there is something very serious behind hyperhidrosis in your case. Of course, it is quite possible to get rid of sweaty feet using folk remedies, but it still doesn’t hurt to play it safe by consulting with an experienced specialist.
I have always suffered from excessive “wateriness” of my own legs. They sweated always and everywhere, sweating so much that they could easily wring out their socks and throw away their shoes every week to escape the terrible smell. No matter what I did, nothing helped. Except for one folk remedy. Regular onions helped me! Surprisingly, its juice, which has such a pungent odor, is an excellent remedy for both sweating and odor.
I never thought that I would ever be able to take off my shoes at a party without shame. Until recently, my constantly sweaty feet were not only damp, but they also smelled terrible. Now everything is in the past, and simple soda helped me! I just mixed it with water and applied it regularly to my feet. Only a month has passed, and they practically don’t sweat anymore, and I’ve already forgotten about the smell.
Treating sweaty feet has been an “obsession” of mine since I was young. When your feet sweat non-stop and don’t have the most pleasant smell... In general, I was constantly shy and complex, sometimes I had to change several pairs of tights a day. Everything has changed since I learned about tea tree oil. It smells very nice and makes you cum in no time! In addition, the skin on my feet, which was always prone to cracking, became completely healthy and very soft.
I would never have believed that ordinary table salt would help me cope with constantly sweating and damp feet! I used liters of expensive deodorants, repeatedly consulted dermatologists, but did not feel much relief. And so, I started using a solution of ordinary salt - in just a couple of months of regular “salting” I completely got rid of the problem that was tormenting me. It’s simply amazing how effective the simplest folk remedies can be!
Increased sweating of the feet provokes a decrease in the protective function of the skin and the appearance of a characteristic unpleasant and pungent odor. This problem becomes especially acute in the summer. The reasons for excess sweat on the feet are poor hygiene, stress, synthetic socks, tight shoes and sandals, severe physical stress on the leg muscles, endocrine and nervous diseases. Folk remedies for sweaty feet will help reduce sweat production and eliminate unpleasant odors. In terms of effectiveness, they are not inferior to medicinal and cosmetic preparations. Most often they use powders, herbal decoctions (added to baths), as well as ointments and essential oils.
However, in Sweden these means and methods are not used, since the main criterion for the use of any means in Sweden is its scientific validity and evidence, and not popular experience and the effectiveness of the method.
For powders, salt, talc, potato or corn starch, boric or salicylic acid are used. You can prepare combined powders: talc + starch (proportion 9:1), talc + starch + salicylic acid (proportion 27:3:1).
Boric acid crystals are ground to a powder. You need to sprinkle this powder on your feet and between the toes. Increased sweating and the characteristic odor disappear after three weeks.
Crushed oak bark can be used as a powder to relieve excessive sweat on the feet.
Ointment for sweaty feet with starch prevents bacteria from multiplying, which causes sweat to smell unpleasant. To prepare it, you need to mix and grind the following components to a powdery consistency: starch (both potato and corn starch are suitable), soda (baking soda) and vegetable oil (olive). The required amount of each component is one teaspoon. Add three drops of peppermint essential oil (or thyme) to the mixture. The ointment is rubbed into the soles after therapeutic foot baths.
To get rid of bad odor and reduce sweat, it is recommended to wipe the feet with hydrogen peroxide, lemon juice (1 part juice - 3 parts water), mint infusion, vinegar solution (1 part table or apple cider vinegar - 3 parts water). If your feet have cracks or scratches, vinegar and lemon juice should not be used. In cases where, due to increased sweating, the feet are affected by a fungus, they can be wiped with tomato juice.
Another good remedy for sweaty feet is lavender oil (essential). They give him a massage. Instead of lavender, you can use thyme or mint oil.
Willow + oak. The bark of these trees is mixed in the following proportion: willow - a tablespoon: oak - two spoons. The mixture is poured with cold water (take 1.5 liters). Then you need to boil it for 10 minutes (only over low heat), strain thoroughly through several layers of gauze, and cool. Feet should remain in a bath with this decoction for at least 20 minutes. The product dries the skin of the feet and eliminates the smell of sweat.
Sage. The herb must be thoroughly chopped and then poured with boiling water (in the amount of one liter). Let sit for five minutes, covering the container tightly. Then the broth must be filtered and cooled. The duration of the procedure is 20 minutes. Sage against sweating will be more effective if used together with a decoction of nettle or mint.
A series. Both dry and fresh herbs are suitable for a foot bath. The line needs to be filled with boiling water. The proportions of herbs and water should be such that a rich decoction is obtained. It should be infused for an hour. The decoction is added to the foot bath.
Rose hip. Fruits or leaves in the amount of half a glass should be filled with cold water (one liter). Boil (over low heat) for 15 minutes. The broth should be allowed to brew a little, and then it should be slowly strained and diluted with two liters of water. The procedure lasts 15 minutes.
Lemon + pomegranate (peel). This is another effective remedy for sweaty feet. It is necessary to chop it as finely as possible and mix one tablespoon of the peel of each component. Boil the mixture for five minutes and then leave for half an hour. Dilute the decoction with boiled water (1 liter). Leave your feet in a bath with this decoction for 30 minutes.
Apricot kernels. They are pre-crushed and then filled with water at room temperature. Proportions: take half a glass of seeds, and 1 glass of water. liters The mixture should be brought to a boil and simmer for approximately 20 minutes (low heat). Leave and cool. The broth is diluted with a liter of water (the water should be warm and boiled). The procedure lasts 30 minutes.
St. John's wort. St. John's wort decoction is a wonderful remedy against sweating feet; it also promotes the healing of cracks and abrasions. To prepare it, you need to pour two tablespoons (tablespoons) of St. John's wort into a liter of cold water and let the broth boil for several minutes (5-7). Infuse the medicine for about an hour.
Blueberry. Pour boiling water (one liter) into two tablespoons of berries. The broth is infused for half an hour, tightly covering the container. Then it is filtered through several layers of gauze and water (liter) is added. Feet should be in such a bath for at least 30 minutes. You can use strawberries instead of blueberries.
Table/sea salt. The simplest and most affordable folk remedies for sweaty feet. For two liters of water take 3 tablespoons of salt. The duration of the procedure is 30 minutes. You can do this constantly after washing your feet. You can add a decoction of herbs and thyme oil to the salt bath - the result will come faster.
Strong coffee/tea. Strongly brewed coffee along with grounds are poured into a basin for a foot bath. There should be a little water in it - just enough to cover your feet. The peculiarity of a coffee bath for sweating feet is that you need to add coarse table salt (a tablespoon) to the bath. The procedure is continued until the solution cools.
Instead of coffee, you can use loose leaf tea (strongly brewed). It is poured into a bowl of water, without straining, along with the leaves. Experts say that it is tea leaves that reduce sweating of the feet.
Beer. This is the most unusual, but quite effective remedy for sweating feet. Beer (1/2 liter) must be dissolved in heated water (2 liters). The duration of the bath is 15 minutes. It also helps if your hands sweat a lot. Do it daily before bed. Treatment lasts three weeks.
The baths are contrasting. The legs are alternately dipped in a hot and cold herbal decoction (any). After the procedure, the feet are briefly immersed in water, to which ice cubes and lemon juice have been added. At the end, the legs (feet) are rubbed with alcohol.
Tea tree oil. Has powerful antibacterial properties. 10 drops of oil are added to hot water. The procedure continues until the water begins to cool.
To cope with excessive sweating of the feet, you can take herbal sedatives internally - tincture of valerian or motherwort, as well as a decoction of mint or lemon balm. Herbs can be combined. A slightly pink solution of manganese also helps.
Before using foot ointment, foot powder or herbs, feet should be thoroughly washed and dried.
Any remedy for sweaty feet will not be effective if you do not take proper care of your feet.
First of all, your feet need to be washed daily - with cool water and antibacterial (or better yet, laundry) soap.
The condition of your feet also depends on your shoes. It should be comfortable, not tight, and well breathable. It must be cleaned and washed regularly, both outside and inside. To eliminate the smell of sweat, you can put bags of dry tea leaves, tea leaves, bags of juniper or cedar shavings, and corn starch (absorbs moisture) in your shoes. Insoles should be changed every 3 months. You should choose only cotton socks.
You should also control your emotions, because due to stress and anxiety, the sweat glands on your legs begin to produce sweat intensively. Foods such as green onions, hot red peppers and garlic contribute to increased sweat production, so you should limit their consumption.
It will help to regulate the process of sweating in the feet and walking barefoot alternately on the outside of the feet, on the toes, heels, and the inside of the feet. The result is that blood circulation is normalized, sweating is reduced, and the unpleasant odor disappears.
When using folk remedies for sweaty feet, you need to follow moderation. Sweat moisturizes the sole surface and also helps maintain the elasticity of the sole skin. If there is not enough sweat, the skin of the soles becomes dry and cracks appear on it.
I recently became convinced of the effectiveness of dry drive. I heard a lot about him, but somehow I doubted it. And now I know for sure what really helps with the smell of sweat. I liked the range of products.
An employee was sweating very profusely at work. When he came to the office it was impossible to work.
We gave him a set of soap, refreshing talc emulsion and refreshing foot deodorant. This saved both us and our colleague. After a course of using these drugs, the smell disappeared and the man felt more comfortable! Now many employees have purchased a set for themselves, because it really works.
And Formidron liquid helped me, it’s good and inexpensive.
From time to time I give my husband baths with oak bark. But it helps if you do the course - every day (((we tried Teymur’s paste - I didn’t like it. Somehow it’s not convenient to use - leave it on your legs all night, and the composition is very peculiar, and the most unpleasant thing is that the stains remain on your legs .
But you can’t force my husband to take baths with oak bark. Especially if you need a course. I didn’t like Teymurova for the same reason as you. She has been using Formagel for six months. This is much more convenient, because according to the instructions you need to smear it only once a week or even less often. Unlike dry-dry, it has no harmful effects.
They saved my husband with the help of cream ointment. How happy I am to smell pleasant smells and not be overwhelmed by the stench of fungus((
Does your spouse really agree to baths? You can't force me! And we don’t like Teymurov’s pasta either. And not so long ago they began to actively advertise dry-dry - it’s absolutely brutal! There are so many “coincidences” that cancer develops in the armpits after use!
You don’t need to go far about dry-dry: a friend used it for six months and praised how wonderful it was. As a result, the tumor was benign in the armpit (((had to be cut out. There is something with heavy metals in the composition. It is applied to the skin and left to be absorbed. And these metals accumulate ((no, my husband will still be useful to me!))) but I want Of course, find something for your feet, so that without this tossing around with basins and dancing with tambourines and towels.
Hyperhidrosis is treated with boric acid powder. It rubs between your toes and into the soles of your feet. Then put on socks, and before going to bed, rinse your feet with warm water. The course of treatment lasts a month.
And I found information on the Internet about formagel ointment. The product is precisely designed to combat excessive sweating and, accordingly, this terrible odor. Convenient to use: smear your legs or armpits only once a week. The effect lasts for several days.
Have you tried it yourself?
Baths with soda, dry your feet and lubricate with sunflower oil.
Many have encountered such a problem as the unpleasant odor of feet and shoes, which spoils the mood and interferes with communication for everyone around them. Imagine our surprise after purchasing scented shoe insoles. We did not expect such an effect! It would seem that inexpensive fragrant insoles neutralized the smell of feet and shoes for a long time. After that, I couldn’t help but feel like talking about the miracle insoles.
Soft insoles for shoes with the scent of tea rose, with antibacterial and antiseptic effects. The insoles are made of cotton fabric, impregnated with the aroma of tea rose - they will relieve you of the unpleasant odor of feet and shoes for 6 months (tested on yourself). The insoles leave your feet and shoes dry and healthy and you will forget about the unpleasant odor of your feet and shoes for a long time.
And Duftafit spray helped me, it’s a very effective product, it eliminates the smell of sweat, doesn’t mask like regular deodorants, is used sparingly and
relatively inexpensive. The best remedy for sweat odor for me today! I recommend.
Socks made from natural bamboo fiber will help you cope with sweaty feet, unpleasant odor and all the associated discomfort!
You can buy exactly these in the Bambusik store (type it into a search engine to get to the store’s website), Kyiv and Ukraine.
The main reason for stinky feet is the excessive production of sweat from the glands that are located on the feet. Human limbs are a favorite breeding ground for a large number of bacteria. They feed on sweat secretion, which is secreted by the ducts of the sweat glands and skin cells that have already separated. Under normal conditions, each leg secretes approximately 300 ml of sweat secretion - and this is only per day! One of the body's functions is to facilitate the evaporation of this sweat, but the body does not always cope with this task.
IT IS IMPORTANT TO KNOW! Pharmacies hid an effective remedy for HYPERHIDROSIS (excessive sweating) simply because it was not profitable for them to treat people! Read more.
The waste products produced by the bacteria are absorbed by socks and shoes, which in turn gives them a specific aroma. Also, unpleasant foot odor can be caused by foot fungus. Very often, people who have heart problems and abnormal blood sugar levels suffer from this disease. In this case, the feet may become covered with ulcers. Problems with foot odor also occur in older people.
If the men and women around you smell bad, it is the result of bacterial growth. They love to live in places where humidity and warmth prevail. And this is observed with increased sweating. The already unpleasant situation is aggravated by constantly freezing feet, frequent colds, and fungal infections of the feet and nails.
As the problem grows, a person begins to ask the question “how to forget about an unpleasant phenomenon forever?”
What to do when sweating is not a consequence of any disease and does not indicate significant changes in the body? The first step is to control any manifestations from the body. To reduce the symptoms that appear from sweating feet, it is necessary to follow some preventive measures. Simple procedures will help eliminate the unpleasant odor and also prevent the recurrence of the disease.
To prevent sweating from starting an infection in your pores, use a natural one once a day.
Regular adherence to basic prevention methods will help a person forget about the existing problem of hyperhidrosis once and for all. An important role in treatment is played by folk remedies for sweating, used by a person independently. These can be baths from medicinal plants, pharmaceutical preparations. Regardless, it is recommended to consult a dermatologist before use.
To prepare this folk remedy, you will need the following ingredients:
Pour the mixture of herbs into a suitable container and pour boiling water over everything, no more than 1 liter. Let it brew for 2 hours. Strain the herbal mixture and pour into a bath container. Add a pinch of sea salt and add the required amount of warm water. Soak your feet in the prepared liquid for 40 minutes. Perform the course daily for approximately 12 days.
