You should hold the object in your palm as tightly as possible, but without causing pain, hold for 10–15 seconds, then release the pressure. 10–15 repetitions are recommended, no more than 3 times a week. Do not perform if you have a thumb joint injury.
  • An exercise that strengthens muscles. The muscle connection from the thumb to all the rest is involved. It is necessary to alternately pinch a soft object (ball, ball) with your thumb and other fingers. At the moment of their contact, linger in this state for up to 1 minute. It is recommended no more than 15 and no less than 10 repetitions on each arm, no more than 3 times a week. It is prohibited to perform with injuries to the thumb joint.

    Proper nutrition is the key to the health of the whole body. The diet for arthritis should be balanced and in no case hungry.
