It turns out that our fingers are not so simple if they are able to tell the whole truth about character! We have heard more than once that according to the location of the fingers on the butt
It turns out that our fingers are not so simple if they are able to tell the whole truth about character! We have heard more than once that by the location of the toes one can not only determine the character of a person, but even predict the fate destined for him from birth.
When your fingers stand as if they were lined up according to their height, this is a sign of a creative personality.
People with this placement of fingers are extremely intelligent, capable of finding unusual, creative solutions in any situation.
But because of their indecision, they can even give up the things they once started.
The main goal of such a person is success in the business he has taken on. What can unsettle him? This is the unbridled pursuit of perfection!
So, there is a sign: if the second toe is longer than the first, then the lucky owner of such a foot will be the master of the family. This is a sure sign that you will be the head of the family.
Here's an interesting fact: some Indian legends say that parents, especially mothers, do not give permission to their sons to marry girls who have long second toes. They were afraid that their daughter-in-law was too domineering.
If a person has a longer big toe than the others, and the other four toes are almost equal in height, then you have a person whose family and best friends are the main value in life.
He knows how to listen and hear, and can put himself in another person’s place.
The owner of such toes can be funny, even attractive, but often naive, like a small child.
These observations have not been confirmed by scientific observations (but such studies have not yet been carried out). The longer the second finger, the stronger the makings of a leader in you. You are active, active and resourceful. But the desire to achieve a goal, regardless of other people, must be restrained, otherwise you will turn into an imperious tyrant.
Popular wisdom advises women: “If the second finger is longer than the thumb, such a woman is very unlucky and will be a source of concern to others. If the big toe is the longest on your foot, you are subordinate to your husband. If the second one is longer than the big one, you are in charge.”
As for sexual temperament, it turns out that in people with a weak sexual constitution the big toe is the longest, in people with an average sexual constitution it is comparable to the second finger, and in people with a strong sexual constitution it is 3-10 millimeters shorter than the second toe. Of course, this is not the most important sign, but only one of many, just keep in mind that it is important to choose a partner that is suitable for you, similar to your constitution.

Some studies claim that if you look at your feet, you can almost accurately guess who your ancestors were and where your roots are. Do you doubt it? Well, many doubt it, and some even consider it some kind of joke. Let's look together at some facts that may convince you.
In fact, your legs can tell a lot not only about your origin. The results of an analysis of the structure of your leg, its stability, skin texture and the nature of your nails can tell not only about your origin, but also about your lifestyle. Also, remember how you walk around in different emotional states - dejected, angry, happy? Your state of mind is reflected in your gait and even the way your legs feel! But for starters, here are some interesting facts that no one has even tried to argue with for a long time.
Fact 1. The human genome determines a certain number of individual physical characteristics - such as the color and texture of skin and hair, eye color, body shape and limbs, and many others - such as a tendency to baldness or certain diseases.
Fact 2: Human morphology is influenced by ancestors.
Fact 3. There are many scientific studies that have revealed familial (hereditary) endemic characteristics, such as the absence of fingerprints or fused fingers and many others.
Fact 4. The blood that flows in our veins can be of any origin, because over the past 500 years all races have mixed intensively and thoroughly. There are practically no pure representatives of one or another “genus” left.
The toes decrease from the big to the little toe at an acute angle, forming an almost straight line.
The Egyptian pharaohs had exactly this foot structure.
If you have such a foot, then perhaps the blood of pharaohs flows in you and you have leadership qualities. Well, origin is origin, but don’t be arrogant and maintain respect for others in order to be happier than the pharaohs.
The big, index and middle toes are almost the same length, and the ring and little fingers are much shorter. This is the so-called “Roman foot”, one of the most common foot shapes. Apparently, because the Romans spread greatly throughout the Earth in the past.
If you have this foot shape, then most likely you have a good ability to hide your emotions and mislead people, but you also run the risk of being misunderstood. It is argued that, for example, spies often have this foot shape. Well, what we don’t know, we can’t vouch for.
The little finger is very small, and the index finger is the longest. Therefore, if you draw lines from the index finger to the thumb and little finger, then these lines form the “roof of the house.”
If you are the owner of such a foot, then this indicates a certain immaturity and an enthusiastic perception of the world; you retain childish spontaneity and a penchant for entertainment. Well, okay, what's wrong with that, right?
The big toe is the longest and protrudes significantly higher than the rest. All other fingers are approximately the same length.
If you have a German foot, then you are most likely inclined to be sentimental, and nostalgia is your second self, you carefully preserve your memories. Perhaps it is not without reason that the German romanticism of past centuries was so noticeable in music and literature?
Complex foot configuration. Almost all fingers are of different lengths. The index is the longest; the big and middle fingers are almost equal in length, and the ring and little fingers are also equal in length.
If you have a Slavic foot, then most likely you are characterized by fearlessness and recklessness, you are inclined to travel and love freedom, it is difficult to keep you at home. You need constant change. Overall, take care of yourself and enjoy life.
Whatever foot type you have, take good care of your feet, don’t forget about foot massage, a beautiful pedicure and gymnastics. After all, the soles of our feet are the support of our entire body; may your feet be healthy and easily carry you through life.
So, we look at our bare feet and at the feet of our partner and determine who is the boss in the family.
The thumb and the next two fingers are at the same level.
This indicates that in front of you is a very active person, a real inventor, who will always stubbornly stand his ground and believe that he will succeed!
If a person’s second finger is larger than the thumb, and the ones following it are “in height,” then you have a real leader.
The owner of this form sometimes takes other people's problems so closely that they harm themselves.
Pay attention to the shape of the fingers, when the second finger is higher than the big one, and the other fingers are not in height, but at odds.
This suggests that the person is ambitious, but does not want to take responsibility.
It is known that partners with different sexual constitutions do not get along well sexually, which entails many other problems.
In parting, I would like to wish you to look closely even at people’s feet, no matter how funny it may seem. How many useful things they can tell about their owner!
Few people know that his fingers, namely the position of the little finger, can tell a lot about a person’s character. At first, this statement may seem ridiculous, but this research technique is surprisingly effective, because it demonstrates correct results. We invite you to see this for yourself!
Look at the picture and determine what type of personality you are.
1. You are a rather secretive person who strives to appear independent and strong, which in reality is not at all the case. +
2. You are characterized by high emotionality. You feel comfortable only with close people. +
3. Do not tolerate deception, lies and hypocritical attitudes. +
4. To everyone around you, you seem cool-blooded, despite the raging of internal emotions. +
5. Patience is not one of your virtues. +
6. You are a fairly kind person who strives to help others. +
7. You love to have fun and laugh. +
8. With strangers you show secrecy, but with loved ones you are quite emotional. +
1. You will not make the first move towards another person. +
2. Characterized by loyalty and devotion. Always remember your lover. +
3. You try to appear strong and indifferent, although at heart you are an extremely sensitive person. +
4. You are very afraid of the pain that people close to you can inflict. You try to appear cold, but you constantly think about those who are dear to you. +
5. You are resistant to stress.
6. Approach various tasks with great responsibility, always bring them to the end. +
1. In conflict situations, quickly move away; do not be vindictive. +
2. You don't like new and unclear things. +
3. You respect other people's opinions. +
4. You are often wrong in disputes, but apologizing is not problematic for you. +
5. Don't share your feelings and problems with others. +
6. Speak directly about what you think. You make every effort so that people can count on you and trust you. +
Undoubtedly, each person is unique in his own way, but the types presented allow you to indicate some distinctive features of your character. Is not it?

Six months have passed since the reorganization of the local TV channel. Today it broadcasts under the flag of a legal structure - the MUP Printing House of the Akhtubinsky District. How does the channel live? What projects? What concerns? We talk about this and more with its editor-in-chief.
Corr.: Valeria Vladimirovna, I immediately want to know: what’s wrong with broadcasting? Where can I watch local news?
— Today, Akhtubinsk TV is present on cable television in the MTS package on the channel of our network partner, NTV. The central part of the city, wherever there are high-rise buildings, they are watching us. Unfortunately, we are temporarily not broadcasting over-the-air via antennas. The channel encountered certain technical difficulties, they took a long time, but I hope that the wait will not be long and in the very near future it will be possible to restore broadcasting through antennas.
For now, the real alternative to the airwaves is the Internet; today it is everywhere, not only geographically, but also technically. “Akhtubinsk TV” can be watched anywhere from any modern gadget (phone, tablet) in real time, that is, during the time our TV channel goes on air - on weekdays at 18.30, on weekends - at 14.00. You need to go to the Akhtubinsk Today website, find the “ATV ONLINE” button in the upper right corner - and we are with you. In addition, everyone who did not have time to turn on the coveted button by this time can view our releases the next day on the ATV website, the administration of the Akhtubinsky District municipality, or on the social networks Odnoklassniki, Vkontakte. We, together with all residents of the area, are waiting for the resumption of broadcasting. Of course, there are a lot of calls to the television studio, and on behalf of our entire team I want to thank our viewers for this support.
Corr.: After the TV channel left for a new organization, has much changed for the team?
— Personally, I have more paperwork, reporting, less time left for creative work, and this is very upsetting. But as for the filling of the airwaves itself, there was no revolution, and this is the main thing. Over more than 20 years of existence, the television studio has developed strong traditions that are wrong to break, otherwise it will no longer be everyone’s favorite and dear ATV.
Local news (the “Now” program) is the information core of the broadcast. We can’t go anywhere without them, although if we look at our product so strictly, we allow ourselves to take steps both to the right and to the left from standard news delivery. The main thing is that this is done consciously, understanding why and why.
Corr.: So why and why?
— First of all, because both people (their characters and mentality), and events on a local scale - everything here is radically different from the cold, cynical metropolis. But you know what is most important: today the information (and news) field is owned not only (and not so much) by the official media with their strict professional standards, but also thanks to the Internet - by absolutely everyone. And these people undoubtedly influence the formats of official media. Now, when “the world is no longer the same,” and amateur authors are breaking all the patterns of presenting information, I understand that Akhtuba television has always had such raisins, which are in trend today (may Likhvar forgive me).
Another basic component of local broadcasting is the “Congratulations” program. We are trying to “modernize” it, framing it with new screensavers. But its idea as a small home TV program remains unchanged - where else could you wish your loved one a happy birthday so that the whole neighborhood knows? Only on ATV.
Corr.: By the way, many Akhtuba residents criticize our TV for the repertoire of the “Congratulations” program.
“Before, I could have said that I was one of them.” The topic of musical preferences is always delicate, and we focus not on personal taste, but still on the desire of our viewers, it is the law for us. Some say: “Well, how much can Kadyshev twist!” To be honest, I’m not a fan of the “Golden Ring” either; for my birthday I order Adele, and for my sister Arbenina. What's stopping you from doing the same - ordering your loved ones what they like? Come to the television studio in room 9, together we will form the repertoire of the “Congratulations” program!
Corr.: When you say that today the source of information is often not the official media, but anyone, do you think this means that society will eventually cease to need journalism?
— Let's see what's happening with television globally. Hundreds of TV channels, of which there are no fewer, are acquiring high-quality sites with online broadcasting. Television is expanding its boundaries, moving to the Internet, but not leaving at all. This means that the service of professional information remains in demand, despite the thousands of amateur authors who have appeared, people still need official sources and trust professionals. And in this sense, Akhtubinsk television can be considered not just an important social institution, but also (forgive the pathos) a real asset of the city and region.
What is happening with local media today? Of the three socio-political newspapers, which were on par 10-15 years ago, there is essentially only one newspaper left. “AP” retains its subscriber, reader, and is developing, despite the fact that, of course, objectively, print media in the country are going through a difficult period. And I know what it costs the team to stay afloat, by the way, with very modest salaries. But we're not talking about salaries.
Today, those who make local news can be counted on one hand. “Akhtubinka” has one correspondent on its staff, and five on television (and once there were nine). Plus two videographers, plus two and a half editor positions. This is the creative backbone, which, in fact, produces a journalistic product. The workers who provide the technical part - filming in the studio, broadcasting programs - are also enthusiastic and well done, our studio also rests on them. However, if we approach the question so narrowly - who is creating an information product in our city and region today - not rumors, not summaries of press releases from various services, not video responses from officials, etc., but a full-fledged information product including the form that modern civilized society needs - only a few of them. And in this sense, we all need to take care of the Akhtuba TV channel like the apple of our eye.
Unfortunately, due to local political specifics, our television becomes a bargaining chip in unhealthy processes. Not out of great intelligence, and certainly not out of high moral and civic qualities, some people are attempting to destroy local TV, since it bothers them. I don’t want to talk about bad things, but the fact is there, I know that even today this idea remains relevant in some heads. It's a shame that all these unhealthy movements greatly distract from truly good and important things and projects. We have a lot of them this year, in the year of the anniversary of the Akhtubinsky district and Astrakhan province, despite our modest capabilities.
Corr.: Tell us about them.
— Firstly, this is a series of new original programs dedicated to the anniversaries of the region and the province. “Our People” is a project about our fellow countrymen who have glorified the region far beyond its borders. We have already made several programs (authors: Olga Lemaikina, Tatyana Zayats, Elena Pedchenko) under the gorgeous screensaver of editing director Sasha Rybal. Tatyana Fomina started last week with the “Lessons” program. The guest was an amazing person, a talented social journalist Andrei Kutsaev. This is also a program about our people, but in a different format. The name speaks for itself, meaning, of course, the lessons that we learn from life. Our provincial mentality does not allow us to reveal our souls, as the “stars” do. And there is another meaning in this “openness” - often in such programs everything works for the “star” rating. The point of our project is to “open up” a person so that with his revelation he can help fellow countrymen who may find themselves in a similar, difficult situation to strengthen their spirit.
We continue to photograph villages and towns in the “Native Spaces” series, of course, with an emphasis on the most important and valuable thing - people. In the works - Verkhniy Baskunchak and Uspenka.
Since the end of last year, we have already made eight episodes of the “Crossroads” program with Bishop Anthony of Akhtubinsk and Enotaevsk. In these conversations, in fact, there are no prohibited topics; we talk about everything: information security, raising children, fasting, money, etc. One program - one topic. I think that the Akhtubinsky district is very lucky - we have the opportunity here, at the local level, to make such television products with very significant persons, which is Bishop Anthony.
We continue to release historical videos for the anniversary of the region and the province, in which young people talk about our region and its attractions.
Now I remember everything that is being done, and the most amazing thing is that our small team manages to bring it to life, despite the fact that in the editorial office there is no division (as everywhere in the regional and federal media) into a news agency and program projects. All original programs are produced in parallel with daily news. In a word, ATV employs great enthusiasts who love their work and the people for whom they do it.
Interviewed by Anastasia Weirich
Elena Pedchenko, correspondent:
THANK YOU TO EVERYONE WHO SCORE US AND WHO PRAISE US
For me, television journalism means interesting meetings, communication without borders, freedom of opinion and perspectives. When you live in a small town, you understand that local television has its own specifics. People expect information from him regarding the life of the city and region, as well as stories related to fellow countrymen. For local residents, the uniqueness of Akhtubinsk television is that not even the coolest channel will reflect their problems in the same way as journalists living next to them can. I can’t say that all Akhtuba residents are delighted with local television. We are often scolded. Sometimes the claims are justified, but in some cases they are not. I believe that this is common practice; everything cannot always be smooth. Moreover, in any criticism I see a positive aspect: if they scold, it means they are looking, if they are looking, it means they are interested. Well, when people thank us for this or that material, it means that we are definitely not eating our bread in vain. Thanks to everyone who watches us. Both those who scold and those who praise. You help us balance between despondency and arrogance (this is a joke) and always remain in a position of professionalism and humanity.
I'M SURE THERE ARE MANY MEETINGS AND ACQUAINTANCES AHEAD
I am especially sensitive to our new social project “Our People”, the heroes of which can be Akhtuba residents with completely different skills. As part of the new program, I was lucky enough to communicate with not only Russian, but even world-class stars, our fellow countrywoman - the famous dancer Aliya Kurbanova, master of sports in bodybuilding Sergei Sorokin. I am sure there are still many meetings and many acquaintances ahead, because the Akhtuba land is rich in creative people. I hope our TV viewers will like the project about how residents from a small military town become popular thanks to their talents and incredible performance.
WE HAVE EXPERIENCED A DIFFICULT YEAR...
Life is like a river: it does not stand still, it flows, it changes. How many years have we been “crying”: the rivers and lakes have become shallow, the hayfields are not flooded, there is no fish, compared to what it was before. What's going on today? July 19, and the rivers in the Volga basin overflow their banks for the second time. Haymaking meadows are under water, fish are wandering around the coastal bushes. Apocalypse! And it is unclear from which direction the wind is blowing, and whether anything can be done to resolve the situation? And in our life something similar happens. In the 23rd year of Akhtubinsky television’s existence, someone suddenly didn’t like his work. But what’s interesting: we’ve done a survey on this topic many times, and in the overwhelming majority of cases (and this is the voice of the people!) Akhtuba residents not only support us, but actually worry about us! Nice.
By the way, 21 years ago, eighty-year-old gypsy Katya, in the camp that stood behind Peter and Paul Fortress, told me in an interview:
- Your television will live for a hundred years!
And her words, thank God, come true. We survived a difficult year and reorganized. We will try to prove to you, dear Akhtuba residents, that it was not in vain that they believed in us and were with the ATV team all this time!
Welcome to the website OtNogi.ru!

If earlier older people complained about pain in their legs, now young and active people know about this problem firsthand. So why are people increasingly complaining about leg pain? Of course, you can blame the environment for everything, but in fact, in most cases, the problem lies in the wrong lifestyle.
I'll tell you in order.
The results speak for this, for example, if we take two such popular basic movements as the bench press and squats.
Bench press 145 kg - 1 time.
This is how I did it:
The leg press has increased significantly. (I always try to make the amplitude maximum)
I did the squat 5x5, the leg press increased the weight, with a pyramid.
And I started studying it closely for two months, and I still haven’t figured it out.
Then, having listened to the coach (as it turned out, a powerlifter), I began to try to squat without bringing my knees past my toes.
For me, with my height, this is a lot of hard labor. My back bends quite far forward by my will, and of course I can no longer sit down with my butt on the floor, only to the so-called parallel, a little lower. When I began to spread my knees a little to the sides, the tilt of the body decreased slightly. But the trouble is, after this my buttocks and lower back hurt. (of course you can lift a little more weight)
I’m not expecting any extra result, like the BB Monsters, I’d just like to gain a little, at least up to 70 cm in the thigh (preferably dry). With my height, there will be just ordinary, athletic legs proportional to the body. Not bad matches.

I found your forum using a search engine, studied it, read a lot of things and realized that the people here are very competent and won’t recommend any crap.
I’m very interested in a question that sounds banal: “How to pump up your legs and quadriceps?” But I have a lot of pitfalls associated with it.
A little about myself:
Height 198, weight 105
I've been training for about 3 -3.5 years.
For 2.5 years I didn’t pay any attention to my legs at all, and now I regret it.
It turns out that by nature the shoulders are quite wide and there is a V-shaped cone of the body, but the legs dangle like two noodles.
Squats 120 kg 1 time.
Well, now speaking about legs, squats, etc.
For about a year now I’ve been trying to pump up my pasta and all to no avail, my leg is rooted to the spot at 62 cm (thigh)
4) Deadlift (Romanian, I think it’s called?)
According to this program, my legs didn’t gain anything, I kept it for about 2.5 months.
The squat was a working one and remains so
Then there was a program where I replaced the leg press with hack squats, well, the result was the same.
I thought about it, maybe there’s something wrong with the squat technique.
In general, as you understand, I am tall and when I squat, my knee goes beyond the level of my toes (but almost everyone claims that this should not be done). At the same time, especially if I put a stand under my heels, I feel very well how the quadriceps works. (At the same time, the weight is very small, because lifting a big one is very difficult and, as I understand it, dangerous) I squatted like this in the 3x15 mode.
1) Please advise from the BB point of view what the squat technique should be, taking into account my long limbs and height, so to speak?
2) As I understand it, with my exceptionally unsuitable physique for BB, it’s not worth pursuing more weight, but it’s better to work with 15-20 repetitions on the legs?
3) in general, express all your thoughts on this matter, I will be very grateful. I've looked all over the Internet and can't figure it out this way or that (
damn guy you dream of legs 70 in dry form, but the fact that squatting 120 kg is normal... you need to plow and plow and not wait for the weather by the sea or some kind of supernatural pumping program
