Surely, many people have experienced numbness in their limbs after occupying an uncomfortable position during a night's sleep. But such phenomena are usually infrequent. If they appear regularly, this may indicate the development of osteochondrosis.

      With the development of osteochondrosis, tingling or goosebumps may appear on the arms and legs. This is explained simply - parts of the body are closely connected to the spine. But they can only occur with complicated symptoms.

      Goose bumps with osteochondrosis

      With the development of cervical osteochondrosis, the intervertebral discs become deformed and may undergo dystrophy. This type of disease is considered the most dangerous, and therefore, if tingling occurs, you should consult a specialist.
