To treat heel spurs, in addition to the main treatment, you must follow a diet and consult a gynecologist and endocrinologist.
In addition to standard drug treatment, there is an alternative treatment for heel spurs. To get rid of this disease you can try the following:
If you have a heel spur, you need to seriously think about your health, because it can be a signal of a change in metabolism. You need to change your diet in favor of healthy foods. Try to eliminate animal products from your diet. Now there must be food of plant origin on your table, and you will have to forget about your passion for fried, smoked and spicy meat. Sometimes it’s worth losing weight, because a spur can also occur due to a sedentary lifestyle.
There are a number of massage procedures that you can easily use at home on your own.
For the treatment of heel spurs, the following recipes have proven themselves to be very effective and have helped more than one person get rid of pain while walking:
To summarize, we can note the following. If you want to avoid heel spurs, be careful about your lifestyle. If this disease is already causing you discomfort, then begin treatment with traditional medicine as early as possible, do not wait until the spur spreads to both legs (as often happens in the absence of proper treatment). You can choose for yourself treatment with compresses, massage or rubbing. The main thing is that you must perform the procedures daily and not allow pauses in treatment. Because traditional medicine requires a systematic approach and most often all treatment procedures have a cumulative effect.
A heel spur is characterized by progressive inflammation of the ligaments, muscles, and tendons in the foot area.
The place of their attachment is surrounded by a mucous bursa, which, when inflamed, produces a lot of fluid.
Throughout the day, a person moves, and the mucous membrane ceases to be elastic, causing pain.

A spur or plantar fasciitis causes discomfort when walking, pain, and a feeling like you've stepped on a nail.
The pain may appear in the morning immediately after waking up and go away over time, or it may occur after heavy physical work.
The cause of the disease is the formation of calcium deposits on the lower part of the heel bone. In most cases, a spur appears for no apparent reason. However, there are certain factors that provoke the development of the disease. These include:
• flat feet or too high instep
• tightness of the calf muscle
• running on hard surfaces
• uncomfortable shoes or high heels
• metabolic disease
Traditional drug treatment includes the use of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs such as Ibuprofen, Voltaren, Naproxen. They are used internally (tablets) and externally (ointments or gels).
You can quickly relieve the inflammatory process by injecting corticosteroids directly into the sore spot. This manipulation allows you to reduce inflammation and pain in a short period. However, the procedure itself is painful and, in addition, with repeated administration of the drug, fascia rupture is possible.
It is not difficult to completely restore JOINTS! The most important thing is to rub this into the sore spot 2-3 times a day.
Traditional medicine knows many ways to treat heel spurs, which can reduce pain, reduce inflammation, and nourish the tissues with useful substances.
Any methods of traditional medicine are best used along with the main treatment and only after consulting a doctor.
So, the most effective methods of treating heel spurs:
1. To quickly treat the disease, it is necessary to steam your feet every evening before going to bed in a strong saline solution (2-3 large tablespoons of salt per 1 liter of water). In conclusion, you should dry your feet well, put on socks and go to bed.

2. Mud applications. Eliminate the inflammatory process, reduce pain.
3. Mineral baths with warm water are no less effective. Improves blood circulation, promotes the resorption of bone formations.
4. X-ray therapy. With its help, the heel area is exposed to an x-ray beam, which contributes to the destruction of pathological cells and tissues. Leads to relief of inflammation and cessation of pain.
5. Laser therapy. Using a laser beam, blood circulation improves, inflammation decreases, and pain is eliminated. The procedure is also useful because it enhances the effect of medications.
6. Ultraviolet irradiation is an equally effective procedure in the fight against spurs.
7. Electrophoresis. The procedure is carried out using certain medications.
8. Magnetotherapy - exposure to a magnetic field. Electric currents arise in tissues, which accelerate metabolism and recovery.
9. Ultrasound involves heating the sore heel. Using this method, metabolic processes are accelerated, spasms are resolved and relieved.
10. Shock wave therapy. With the help of a sound wave, pathological bone formations are broken down and tissues are renewed.
As you know, any disease is easier to prevent than to cure. The proposed recommendations are both prevention and an additional method of treating an existing spur.
1. Fight excess weight.
2. Do not neglect treatment for flat feet. Wear special insoles.
3. Try to engage in sports that are not too intense. Avoid running on hard surfaces.
4. Maintain a normal metabolism.
5. Wear comfortable shoes. The ideal heel height is 5 cm.
If you feel discomfort and inconvenience when walking, do not hesitate to visit a specialist. By following his recommendations, as well as using time-tested folk remedies, you can forget about the problem for a long time and enjoy the ease of your gait.
This problem negatively affects a person’s quality of life - productivity decreases, a person cannot even go to work or move around the house.
Heel spurs typically occur in overweight people as the stress on the feet increases. In addition, the cause of heel spurs can be a disease of the spine, as well as problems with large joints of the lower extremities. Flat feet often cause heel spurs. Very often, spurs occur in athletes when this area experiences prolonged overload during training.
There are many traditional methods for treating thorns on the feet. It is suggested, for example, to steam your feet in water to which baking soda has been added, and then apply kombucha or gauze soaked in its liquid to the area of the growth. The gauze must be moistened as it dries. There is another way - pour lard, unsalted lard with vinegar, and then add a broken chicken egg along with the shell. All this is infused for three weeks in a dark place, and you need to stir periodically so that the consistency becomes homogeneous. Having previously steamed the heel, you need to apply a compress with the resulting mixture. As soon as you feel a burning sensation, remove the compress. The procedure is repeated daily for five days.
In the complex treatment of heel spurs, it is imperative to perform special therapeutic exercises, as well as massage of the lower leg and foot. Contact a specialist so that he can develop a set of exercises for you.
It is recommended to take baths with a strong salt solution, when a few tablespoons of salt are added to a liter of water. You should keep your feet in such a bath for more than half an hour, up to forty minutes, and the water should be hot. After the bath, wipe your feet dry and then put on warm socks. It is better to do the procedure at night.
They say that to cure a heel spur, it is enough to apply a piece of old lard to the sore spot. It is secured with a bandage, a bag is put on top or wrapped with film, and then a sock is put on. You can leave this compress on for the whole day. A slice of raw potato tied to the leg at the site where the spur forms works in exactly the same way.
Lilac will help to cope with heel spurs - you need to pour vodka in a ratio of one to ten into dried lilac flowers and leave to infuse for ten days. The infusion should be strained and then drunk, diluting thirty to fifty drops in a small amount of water. It is recommended to rub the sore leg with the same infusion. The same can be done by infusing crushed pine nuts in vodka in the same proportions. Drink a tablespoon of nut tincture before meals three times a day.
Black radish is believed to help with heel spurs. The radish is grated on a fine grater, and the resulting pulp is applied as a compress to the site of the spur formation overnight. In the morning, the compress site is washed with water. Usually three such procedures are enough to cure a spur.
Plantain leaves are ancient helpers in the fight against heel spurs. The sheet should be applied inside out to the heel and changed as it dries. Important: the leaf should not be washed before consumption. It is possible that you may experience severe pain in the first days. This is normal, you just need to endure it. We do not stop the procedure for two weeks.
There is another interesting folk method of combating heel spurs. You need to boil potato peelings and small potatoes in a three-liter saucepan, pour it all into a basin and knead it with your feet until it cools completely. Then the feet are wiped, but not washed, an iodine net is applied to the feet and socks are put on. This must be done seven times in a row every day.
You can also make a compress from a mixture of fresh sour cream applied to a cabbage or burdock leaf. The compress is applied to the leg at night. During the day, massage with a rolling pin - as often as possible throughout the day.
Another folk method is given, with the help of which, as they say, you can cope with the problem in three days. To do this, you need to mix a tablespoon of honey with two tablespoons of flour to make a dough, and then apply this dough to your foot and cover with a cloth or cotton pad. Put a sock on top. This should be repeated every day for three days or until relief occurs.
It is also recommended to apply a damp tea bag to your foot and put a sock on top.
In case of very severe pain, this method will help to cope with the spur: half a liter of alcohol is mixed with the same volume of aloe juice, for which the plant is passed through a meat grinder and squeezed through gauze, but not through a metal sieve. Five bottles of valerian infusion, which is sold in a pharmacy, are also added there, and ten aspirin tablets and ten analgin tablets are dissolved. Plus add two more tablespoons of ground red pepper. All this is mixed in a two-liter jar, closed with a lid and left to infuse for two weeks. Moisten a cloth with this infusion and apply it to the spur. Helps very well.
If all of the above methods do not help, then you should contact a specialist - the problem may have to be solved through surgery.
Alternative medicine offers many recipes for getting rid of the disease. Folk remedies for heel spurs help improve cell regeneration, relieve swelling, reduce inflammation and pain, and saturate tissues with useful substances. Natural components are used to make compresses, foot baths, applications, and creams.
Folk remedies for heel spurs are varied. In order to choose the best option, it is useful to read reviews from forum participants. In addition to traditional recipes, there are unusual methods of treatment, for example, warming the feet on copper plates. One of the simplest recipes is turpentine rubbing. The medicine is rubbed into the skin around the heel for one to two weeks.
Treatment of heel spurs with folk remedies should be accompanied by proper nutrition. It is necessary to exclude smoked foods, preserved foods and saltiness from the diet, and limit the use of salt in other dishes. This will enhance the removal of accumulated salts and reduce inflammation.
In addition to folk remedies and drug treatment, the patient may be prescribed physical therapy: ultrasound, paraffin, mud or mineral baths, magnetic therapy, massage, electrophoresis, laser or shock wave therapy. If conservative methods do not produce results, then surgical intervention is performed. Your doctor will tell you how to treat a heel spur most effectively, and which procedures to choose.
Popular treatments:
In addition to a variety of therapy techniques, there are additional measures to ensure proper stretching of the plantar fascia - foot taping and night orthoses. Night orthoses.
Acute pain in the foot in the morning occurs due to a microtear of the ligament. To prevent this from happening, doctors recommend wearing special devices - orthoses - on your legs at night.
If you fix the bandage correctly, it will help the connective tissue heal properly and reduce morning pain. How to cure a spur on the heel using this device can be found in the instructions for the night orthosis. Taping for heel spurs. You can fix your feet in the desired position using an elastic sports tape or adhesive tape. Typically, this procedure is performed after physical therapy, when the plantar fascia is maximally stretched. Thus, the ligament where the spurs are formed is fixed in an elongated state.
Preventive measures must be observed by persons who are predisposed to the formation of spurs on the heels.
Following a simple set of rules at the initial stage of plantar fascia will help avoid the development of the disease:
Before talking about heel spurs, you should know what the plantar fascia is, since it is its inflammation and micro-tears that ultimately lead to the appearance of spurs. So, the plantar fascia is a ligament on the foot that supports its arch, and when walking it bears the entire weight of a person.
With injuries, or heavy weight, or too intense loads, athletes experience microscopic tears. At first, they grow together on their own, but with constant negative influence, non-infectious inflammation of the fascia begins, as well as nearby bone tissue, and it grows, forming spines. That is, a heel spur is an overgrowth of the plantar fascia due to inflammatory-degenerative processes, trauma, etc., and the disease is called plantar fasciitis.
Causes of heel spur formation:
The main symptom of a heel spur is severe, sharp pain in the heel that appears after sleep, then it weakens after some movement, and intensifies again in the evening. This pattern of pain is due to the fact that at night micro-tears in the fascia grow together with shortening (since in a supine position the foot is not at a right angle to the shin) and when a person gets up, a micro-tear occurs again, as the fascia moves, it stretches and the pain decreases , but in the evening the load increases again due to new micro-fractures.
Without physical therapy, drug treatment, special gymnastics to stretch the fascia (5 exercises in total), wearing insoles, using night orthoses (braces), due to pain and a “nail driven into the heel,” a person begins to limp, and if both feet are affected , he practically cannot walk.
The spur cannot be seen externally, but can be seen on an x-ray.
So, heel pain occurs not only from a bone growth, but also due to micro-tear of the plantar fascia and its shortening, therefore an important condition for successful treatment is the performance of special exercises, taping and the use of orthoses, as well as anti-inflammatory ointments (see NSAIDs in the form of ointments from pain), dietary supplement ointments, physiotherapy, massage, wearing special insoles (see details about these treatment methods in the article How to treat a spur on the heel).
A method that has been tested by our grandmothers. It is very useful, and not only for patients with heel spurs, to walk barefoot on fine sand, as well as on grass, especially with dew, in the early morning. Walking should be enjoyable - you need to relax and move calmly through the sand or vegetation. You should not run, jump or perform any other violent techniques. This pleasant procedure should be carried out for 40 minutes every morning, preferably during all three summer months.
Sand holds heat well, and the heat literally warms you to the bones. The ideal place for treatment is the seashore, where you can bury your feet in the hot sand and enjoy relaxation. Alternatively, you can take fine river or sea sand (or salt), heat it in the oven and immerse your sore leg there until the sand cools. The procedure is carried out at night for a long time, especially during periods of exacerbation of the disease.
Aluminum and copper have a positive effect on heel spurs. During the day, keep a piece of aluminum foil under the sore heel. If you have copper utensils (plate, basin) at home, it is recommended to heat it and place the sore heel on the widest surface, holding it until the utensil has cooled completely. There are no restrictions on the duration of such treatment. At night you can make a medicinal application with tincture of mumiyo and cinquefoil, badger fat under foil - for 1 month.
Bishofite contains many minerals and beneficial substances and is a substance of natural origin. It is very important to follow the rules for using bischofite: the sore heel should be warmed in warm water or using a heating pad for 5 minutes, then a napkin made of several layers of gauze is moistened in brine or bischofite gel and applied to the entire surface of the heel. Cover the top with cellophane or wax paper and put on a sock. The compress is left on all night, and after waking up, remove it and wash the leg with water. Compresses are applied every other day in a course of 15 procedures.
Medical bile is sold in pharmacies. Moisten a gauze napkin with bile, apply it to the heel, wrap it in parchment paper, put on a plastic bag, tie it at the top and put on socks on top. The compress is applied at night and removed in the morning for 10 days. The effect does not occur immediately, but about a week after the end of such treatment.
It has an anti-inflammatory, analgesic effect, prevents the growth of spurs, and has a resolving effect. To do this, soften a piece of propolis in a water bath, form it into a cake, which must be applied to the heel with the spur. Propolis is fixed on top of dry tissue. The procedure can be done every day, leaving propolis overnight. One piece of propolis is enough for 3-4 applications.
“Zorka” is a veterinary drug that has amazing anti-inflammatory, wound-healing, and regenerating properties. There is no need to fear that it is veterinary, it contains floralizin - a natural, natural complex of biologically active compounds, it improves metabolism and tissue trophism, blood microcirculation, is used to treat all skin diseases, burns, joint pain, varicose veins, hemorrhoids, as well as heel spurs. You should lubricate your feet and wear socks at night. Cream Strength of the Forest is similar in composition, but costs an order of magnitude more expensive (Zorka 60 rubles, Strength of the Forest 500 rubles).
The magnet should be large, about the size of a heel. In order not to buy a magnet on purpose, you can remove it from an old radio or other broken equipment. The procedure is best performed at night, simply placing the sore heel on a magnet for 1-1.5 hours. The duration of treatment is at least a month.
A small piece of laundry soap should be grated and melted over a fire. Apply the slightly cooled mass to the heel as a compress, tying it with cellophane on top, and leave overnight. Such procedures need to be done every day, for 2-3 months in a row.
To treat heel spurs with folk remedies, you can use medical alcohol - disinfection, reduction of inflammation. For this procedure, medical alcohol must be carefully heated to 40-45 C. Then dip the sore heel in warm alcohol and hold until the liquid cools (about 15 minutes). After the procedure, you do not need to wipe your foot, but let it dry. Course – 10-15 procedures every other day.
It is recommended to roll a regular kitchen rolling pin across the floor every evening with your sore heel. The procedure should not cause discomfort or pain. A 10-15 minute massage is enough. After the massage, it is good to put a compress on the heel and leave it overnight.
Regular baby cream is squeezed into a container, 1 egg is added, then mixed thoroughly, 1 tbsp is added. spoon of vinegar essence (not a full spoon), mix well again. The resulting ointment is transferred to a jar. In the evening, after a salty foot bath, not hot, but at a comfortable temperature, completely rub the heel with this ointment in a thick layer, put on a plastic bag and a sock on top, in the morning remove the bag and wash your feet. After only 3 procedures, the pain subsides; the entire jar should be used.
For heel spurs, traditional methods of treatment with onions and garlic are effective - relieving pain and inflammation, preventing infection:
- Grate a head of garlic (or 3-4 large cloves) on a fine grater, tie the resulting pulp to the sore heel for 3-4 hours. If the procedure is well tolerated and there is no burning sensation, repeat after two to three days.
— Cut the head of onion (bitter) in half and drop 1 drop of tar onto the cut surface. Tie half an onion to the sore heel for several hours. Repeat the procedure 2-3 times a week.
Horseradish leaves or roots need to be boiled for 5 minutes (100 grams of raw material per liter of water). Then cool the broth slightly and dip the painful part of the leg into it until the water becomes cool. The procedure is repeated twice a week.
A fresh leaf of any of the listed plants is tied to the sore heel overnight. Apply several times a week.
This drink can be used instead of tea. For 1 liter of boiling water, 2 tbsp is enough. dry leaves. The infusion is consumed daily, dividing the indicated volume into 2-3 doses.
Fill a liter jar 3/4 full with fresh berries of the plant, add medical alcohol to the top and leave the mixture for 1 week. Moisten a gauze cloth in the resulting infusion and apply it to the sore heel as a compress at night. Apply once or twice a week.
Place a proportionate piece of kombucha on the pre-steamed heel and secure it on top with wax paper. The compress is left overnight. Repeat the procedure 1-2 times a week.
Before using, potatoes should be placed in a sunny place for a day or two so that they turn green. Then grate it together with the skin on a fine grater and apply it to the sore heel as a compress. The procedure is carried out at night, the compress is removed in the morning. Course – 10 procedures with daily use.

Here is a selection of folk methods and conspiracies for the treatment of “Heel Spur”
At the beginning of the disease, pain occurs when walking. It is especially difficult to start walking when acute pain occurs during exercise. Then, during the day, the pain when walking subsides somewhat, and by the end of the day it intensifies again. Over time, the pain becomes persistent. In working patients, this leads to decreased performance and lost work days.
This is what she looks like in an X-ray.
Currently, the treatment of heel “spurs” consists of providing relief using various types of insoles and heel pads, physiotherapeutic complex treatment: mud applications, ultrasound therapy, mineral baths, local administration of corticosteroids, radiotherapy, and if there is no effect, surgical treatment - surgical removal of the bone outgrowth and excision of altered tissues.
The most important condition for the effectiveness of treatment is to ensure unloading of the painful area, therefore any treatment of a spur should be considered auxiliary after the main thing - unloading the foot with orthopedic shoes, or, in extreme cases, an unloading heel pad.
Some treatments:
• Steam your feet in hot water with a small amount of baking soda, and then apply a piece of kombucha or just gauze soaked in it. After 3-4 hours, the gauze dries out and needs to be moistened again.
• If there is a “spur”, pour 100 g of unsalted fresh lard or lard into 100 ml of acetic acid, add, breaking, 1 chicken egg along with the shell and leave for 21 days in a dark place, stirring occasionally until the mixture turns into a homogeneous mass.
After steaming the heel or sole of the foot, apply a cotton swab with a thin layer of ointment on the “spur”. If a burning sensation appears, stop the procedure and wipe your leg with a dry cloth. This procedure should be repeated for 3-5 days, each time tying the tampon to the leg with a bandage and putting on a sock.
• Grate half a head of garlic and tie it to the “spur” for 3-4 hours. Repeat the procedure until the pain completely disappears. If there is a burning sensation, stop the procedure.
• In addition, it is advisable to include therapeutic exercises, massage of the muscles of the foot and lower leg in the treatment of heel spurs.
• Take warm foot baths with a strong saline solution. It is better to use sea salt, but you can also use table salt. For 1 liter of water - 2-3 tablespoons (with top) of salt. The duration of the bath is 30-40 minutes. The water must be hot (so that your feet can endure it). After the procedure, dry your feet, put on warm socks and go to bed.
• Apply a slice of old lard to the sore spot and secure it by putting on a sock, a plastic bag on top and another sock on top. With this fixation, the fat does not move even when walking.
• Place raw potato slices on the heel and secure by wearing a tight sock.
• Steam your foot in a hot bath, then cover the sore spot with clay ointment or clay cakes for 20 minutes. And so on every evening until it gets better.
• Prepare a tincture of common lilac flowers: pour dry flowers with vodka in a ratio of 1:10, leave for 8-10 days in a well-sealed container, then strain. Drink the resulting tincture 30-50 drops in a small amount of water 2-3 times a day, and also rub the sore leg.
• Often use a 10% tincture of pine nuts (infuse 20 g of crushed nuts in 200 g of vodka for 10 days), drink 1 tbsp. spoon 3 times a day before meals.
• Grate the black radish with its skin on a fine grater, apply the resulting pulp to the spur overnight. In the morning, rinse the heel with warm water. Usually three procedures are enough.
• Apply a plantain leaf (do not wash it) “inside out” to the heel; when it dries, replace it with a new one. The first 3-4 days there may be severe pain, be patient, in two weeks you will forget about your spurs.
• Fill a three-liter saucepan with small potatoes and potato peelings, cook until tender, transfer to a basin and knead it all with your feet until it cools down. Wipe your feet, apply iodine in the form of a mesh to the soles and put on socks. The course of treatment is 7 procedures.
• I offer a simple folk method of getting rid of spurs. You need to apply a compress to the sore spot. It consists of fresh sour cream, which is spread on a burdock or cabbage leaf and applied to the spur overnight. And during the day they massage with a rolling pin as often as possible.
• I dealt with the problem in 3 days, but I suffered for half a year, I wish I knew the recipe earlier... Maybe it will help you: honey - 1 table. l., flour - 2 table. l. (make a dough), apply to the heel overnight, cover with a cotton pad, put on a cotton sock, repeat daily until you feel relief.
• A recipe tested on myself: every day at night, apply a vacuum packaging bag of tea and a thick cotton sock to the heel. It took me a month for the unbearable pain to go away.
• I was tormented by a spur for a long time. I got rid of it with the help of lilac branches. I cut them into pieces, filled them with water and boiled them. While the water was cooling, I hit the spur with a gymnastic stick. After taking a warm bath with twigs, she knocked a little again. Before going to bed, I rubbed the sore spot well with tincture of lilac flowers in “Triple” cologne, wrapped my leg and left it overnight. I carried out such procedures every day. Soon the spur stopped bothering me.
In the fall, she reminded herself again. Then I took green potatoes, grated them into a paste on a fine grater, and added 1 tbsp. camphor alcohol, stirred well and applied as a compress overnight, before steaming the feet in water with baking soda (1 tablespoon of soda per 1 liter of water). I did this 5 times. The spur didn't bother me anymore.
• Applying a thin piece of unsalted lard to my heel at night, cellophane on top, and warm socks helped me a lot. A week later, it turned out that neither the heel nor the bones (I also applied it to them) did not hurt at all, even when hitting each other. And before that I couldn’t touch them. Since then it hasn’t bothered me, I just try to eat less salty, spicy and tomato foods.
• When I was 28 years old (I'm now 73), my heels started to hurt a lot. I had to see a doctor about this problem. He sent me for an x-ray, which showed that I had large and very sharp spurs on both heels. The doctor said that this was incurable, since the growths were on the heel bone, and warned that now I would have to suffer with this for the rest of my life. So I suffered, enduring terrible pain.
And in the 70s of the last century, a friend advised me to go to a balneological resort for treatment. At the resort I was prescribed an ultrasound on my heels and mothball baths. Unfortunately, neither one nor the other helped me.
Several more years passed. A friend of mine went with her husband to Essentuki and there she told the owner of the apartment they were renting about my problem. The woman listened carefully and recommended this recipe for spurs. You need to take 5 liters of tap water into a bucket, heat it over a fire and, in the hot water, dissolve 1 kg of table salt. Bring the water to a boil, then remove the bucket from the heat and, when the water temperature becomes tolerable, lower your feet into the bucket and steam them until the water cools. The woman said that this should be done 10 times, without changing the solution, but only by heating it, and the spurs will go away. For me, 4-5 procedures were enough for the spurs to stop bothering me. They still don't remind us of themselves.
I was cured of a spur in 5 days.
• In turn, I want to offer readers a recipe for heel spurs that cured my father.
When my father developed a heel spur last year, he felt so much pain when walking that he almost never left the house. And he was cured in five days thanks to the following recipe.
You need to take 0.5 liters of alcohol, 500 g of aloe juice (pass the leaves of a five-year-old plant through a meat grinder and squeeze out the juice through gauze or a nylon stocking), 5 bottles of valerian infusion, 10 tablets of 0.5 g each of “Analgin” and “Aspirin” and 2 tbsp. ground red pepper (if very bitter - 1 tbsp). Place everything in a two-liter jar, mix thoroughly, close the lid tightly and leave for 2 weeks in a dark place.
With the prepared infusion, apply very wet compresses to the spur area at night. Try it and it will help you. My father gave this recipe to several other sufferers, and it helped everyone 100%.
• In 2-3 times there will be no spurs.
I was tormented by a heel spur. I immediately crushed the garlic in a garlic press, poured a little sunflower oil into the pulp, mixed it, applied the mixture to the painful area and secured it with an adhesive plaster. As soon as I felt a strong burning sensation, I removed the compress. I did this every day. The spur stopped tormenting me. You can get rid of spurs this way. Heat 1 kg of salt in a dry frying pan, sit on a chair, and dip your heels into tolerably hot salt. In 2-3 times there will be no spurs.
Saline solution will cure spurs.
• I would like to share a recipe for treating spurs that I heard at a bus stop from a woman.
So, dissolve 3 kg of ordinary red clay, 1 pack of salt and 1 pack of baking soda in three liters of water, boil the solution in a basin or bowl and first hold the sore legs over the steam, and then, when the broth cools down a little, lower the limbs into it for 30 -40 minutes. After this, dry your feet, put on warm socks and lie down under the blanket.
The woman who shared the recipe needed 3 such procedures to recover.
• How much trouble spurs cause! I got rid of them 30 years ago, and they didn’t bother me anymore. So, you need to pour 100 g of vinegar essence into a glass, place a chicken egg in it and put it in a dark, cool place for 3 days. After this, add 150-200 g of homemade unsalted butter to the infusion and stir until smooth. In the evening, apply it to cleanly washed and dried feet, put on a plastic bag, a sock and leave overnight. In the morning, put on only a sock and walk like that all day. Repeat the procedure 3 times.
• Place the water pepper herb in a bowl of water and steam.
• Brew fern and steam.
• Crush the root and leaves of burdock and apply to the spurs overnight.
• Pine concentrate and sea salt - 1 tbsp. spoon, add hot water and steam your feet.
• Crush horseradish root and apply to your heels.
• Pour water into a basin, throw a rooster leg into it, stand with your feet in the basin, read for the declining month, only 3 times:
Just as a rooster flaps his wings at dawn, stomps his spurs, shows off before the dawn, so he would flap his wings, stomp with my spurs, show off before the dawn, and never part with my spurs. Come down, spurs, on the rooster from the servant of God (name). Amen.
• The following composition helps with heel spurs:
3 tbsp. spoons of red pepper,
100 g sunflower oil,
2 teaspoons freshly prepared mustard,
propolis extract in alcohol (buy at a pharmacy).
Mix everything well and lubricate the sore spots. Carefully place plastic bags on your feet and socks on top. In a few days you will forget that your legs hurt.
• Steam your feet in hot water with a small amount of baking soda, and then apply a piece of kombucha or just gauze soaked in it. After 3-4 hours, the gauze dries out and needs to be moistened.
• Dissolve 5 g of mumiyo in a water bath in 100 g of honey and cool. Rub on sore areas at night.
• Tie a fresh leaf of May burdock or plantain leaf, or coltsfoot leaf to the heel spur; You can put pepper in your sock under your heel and walk like this all day.
• Mix 50 ml of ammonia and 1 tablespoon of sunflower oil. Apply a tampon soaked in this mixture to the sore heel for 30 minutes every day. Do this procedure daily for several weeks.
• Take 1 tablet of analgin, crush it and pour it into a penicillin bottle with iodine. Shake until the tablet dissolves, the iodine will become clearer. Use a cotton swab to lubricate the heel more often.
• Conspiracy for heel spurs.
Read in the evening dawns:
Evening dawn Maritsa, clear star-star, come from the sky to the ground, come to me, the servant of God (name). How you, dawn Maritsa, cannot feel your feet, how you, star-star, cannot know them, so that I can forget about my ailments in my legs. For now, forever and indefinitely. In the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit. Amen.
• To relieve the pain of a heel spur, you need to wear shoes with low heels (3-4 cm), and in good weather, do not miss the opportunity to walk on the grass or in the dew barefoot.
