      What foods are sources of calcium? First of all, these are dairy products (from which we get up to 55% calcium); green leafy vegetables (broccoli, cabbage, turnip leaves, cauliflower, asparagus), egg yolks, all kinds of legumes, nuts, figs.

      If you take calcium supplements, they will be absorbed more fully if you drink them not on an empty stomach, but after a light meal.

      The magnesium content in the body of an adult is about 20 g. This element should be no more and no less - the golden mean, so to speak.       The consequences of magnesium deficiency are varied and affect both the health of the mother and the health of the child. In a pregnant woman, this condition manifests itself:
