There is a lot of it in white cabbage, bran, vegetable and fruit purees or juices with pulp. It is advisable to periodically arrange fasting days. But, despite the restrictions, nutrition must remain balanced, that is, the body must receive:

    • animal and vegetable proteins in a total amount of 80 - 100g;
    • predominantly vegetable fats – no more than 80;
    • carbohydrates are required 4 times more, up to 400 g, that is, the proportion of nutrients must be maintained at 1:1:4;
    • salt is added to ready-made dishes 5 - 10 g during the day.
    • The food restrictions recommended for gout remain unchanged, with the difference that normal or high-fat dairy products are replaced with low-calorie ones. Fat cottage cheese is replaced with skinny cottage cheese, they drink skim milk, sour cream – 10% fat.

      Products such as salted and pickled mushrooms, roots, and pastry products are strictly limited and consumed in small quantities. Honey is also eaten with caution.
