Surprisingly, but true: the ratio of minerals in the human body and in clay is the same. A mineral supplement has not yet been created that could compete in composition and beneficial properties with this wonderful natural substance.
Now many experts have paid attention to the possibilities of clay. Not only are they used to make lotions, poultices, and rubs, but they are also used internally. In some countries, for example, Germany and Switzerland, there are hospitals that specialize in this.
Useful properties of clay. Brilliant essence.
Clay is widespread and varied in mineral composition and physical properties. It is a strong sorbent, absorbs pus, microbes, toxins, removes odors, perfectly neutralizes poisons, and white clay removes strontium, cesium and radionuclides from the digestive tract.
The clay is sterile and has bactericidal properties, which are attributed to the radium it contains. Almost all the mineral salts and trace elements necessary for humans, even such important ones as magnesium, calcium, potassium, nitrogen, and iron, are contained in clay.
One of the many elements that clay supplies to our body is silicon. Nowadays there is a lot of talk about its importance in our lives. Silicon takes an active part in physiological processes, ranging from changes in cell membranes to the formation of connective tissue of cartilage and bones. It stimulates tissue replacement, prevents the deposition of cholesterol, and ensures the elasticity of our blood vessels. Silicon is absolutely essential for our health and beauty. And all this is in clay.
The outstanding Russian doctor Sergei Botkin considered clay absolutely harmless. The body, according to him, absorbs from it exactly as many useful substances as it needs. Hence the conclusion - we can use clay for the benefit of our health all our lives, since our body is always lacking something - iron, phosphorus, potassium.
Treatment with clay. Important tips.
Attention! Some experts believe that only white clay (kaolin) should be consumed internally. 1 teaspoon of powder is brewed with 50 ml of boiling water and stirred. This suspension is drunk at night for 15 days. Then - a break of 7 days and repeat the course.
So, recipes for clay treatment.
Treatment of sore throat with clay - dissolve 1 teaspoon of clay powder in a glass of water, gargle several times a day. You can suck on a piece of clay throughout the day. But not everyone can probably do it. You can drink a few sips of this infusion every hour.
Clay treatment for bronchitis - make applications with clay. Dilute the clay a little with water. Make a cake 1 cm thick, place it on a damp cloth, insulate it with a warm woolen scarf, and it is recommended to keep this applique for about 2 hours. Then wash off with warm water. A course of 3 weeks is recommended.
Treatment of sinusitis with clay - daily applications for 2 hours for a course of 3 weeks.
Clay treatment of joints - rub sore spots with clay water. It is recommended to add 2-3 cloves of chopped garlic to clay water to enhance the effect.
To strengthen your teeth , brush your teeth with clay and rinse your mouth with clay water.
For diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, it is better to use white clay. Start with half a teaspoon of clay per glass of water, gradually increasing the dose of clay to 2 teaspoons. Drink at night in small sips an hour before meals and before bed. Drink in courses for 3 weeks. Then a week of rest and repeating the course again.
Now let's talk about external treatment with clay. Often after a summer vacation, people run to salons for body wraps. How to explain this? It would seem that we were saturated with the sun, sea, salt, clays and massage. But, apparently, I don’t want to part with what was so good. It’s not the body, but the soul that asks to be reminded of summer.
What else do you need to know about clay treatment? In wraps you need to use three types of clay - for different parts of the body. 3 colors of the rainbow - to each their own.
Only green clay can be applied to knee-deep legs. It does not overheat the veins and improves blood circulation.
Higher up - the hips, buttocks and abdomen - are always an area with signs of cellulite. The clay needed here is red clay.
Energetic yellow clay is used on the upper body, arms, décolleté and back. It tones and promotes rejuvenation.
Treatment with clay as masks and wraps . What do you need to know?
White clay – for acne, tones dull skin.
Blue clay – whitens the skin, tones, fights acne.
Green clay – for oily skin.
Red clay – relieves allergies, recommended for sensitive skin.
Pink clay – for delicate skin care. Contains red and white clay.
Yellow clay – tones dull skin.
Gray clay – moisturizes and tones the skin.
There are moisturizing clays, but, as a rule, all clay masks are very drying, so they are only relevant for oily skin, especially when it comes to the face. For dry skin this is not easy. Clay is not a cream that is easy to apply, wash off and lie on nicely. It is heavy, and besides, it hardens and freezes. You only need to hold the mask while lying down for proper lifting.
If you run with a clay mask, you will get the opposite effect. To prevent the mask from drawing water out of the skin, it is recommended to wet it. You can put a wet compress on top, cutting out holes for the eyes and mouth. Lie there and rinse, then wipe with tonic, apply cream according to your skin type.
Red clay masks are very suitable for sensitive skin. I suggest watching the video.
Clay masks are very useful during age-related acne, as clay has an anti-inflammatory, astringent effect.
But if you feed your body the same thing, it will become sluggish. Clay, like other remedies, even if you really like it, needs to be “forgotten” for a while. This is what cosmetologists advise. You can take a break from the wraps, or you can replace the usual remedy with others - algae, salts - all this stimulates new processes in the body. But too frequent daily changes are undesirable.
It is interesting to know that stove makers who work with clay all their lives never develop diseases of the joints of their hands. Therefore, use clay more often as masks for brushes.
To nourish your hair or get rid of dandruff, it is good to make clay compresses. Apply the wet mass using massage movements. Then put on a cap or cover with film and rinse with water after 15-20 minutes.
I am sharing with you proven clay hair masks. My daughters introduced me to everything. We looked for recipes in magazines and on the Internet. I must admit that using clay to treat hair is a very simple and effective activity. And what is important, it is very inexpensive in terms of money. A bag of clay costs no more than 20-30 rubles, enough for several times.
Here are simple clay hair masks.
I wish everyone health, good mood, rejuvenation and healing, perhaps with new clay recipes. I think that clay treatment will give you great pleasure.
Clay has been widely used for many years in the treatment of rheumatism, radiculitis, gout, prostatitis, and goiter. It is used for therapeutic purposes for skin and colds.
The treatment uses crumbly clay without sand impurities, which is taken near bodies of water, away from cities and industrial enterprises. The most valuable rock is Cambrian clay; it is mined near the village of Taylovo, Pskov region, Pechora district.
The location of the remedy determines its color, which is formed by the chemical elements found in the soil.
Treatment of joints with clay, as well as bones, is used for osteochondrosis, arthritis, rheumatism, heel spurs, arthrosis, osteomyelitis. This substance has a pronounced anti-inflammatory, restorative and healing effect.
Clay restores damaged tissue and relieves severe pain.
Compared to other folk remedies that are used in the treatment of joint diseases, clay does not harm the skin and allows existing wounds to heal faster.
As you know, chronic joint pain is associated with impaired metabolism in the body. Clay, in turn, allows you to replenish missing microelements and improve the patient’s condition.
Treatment with clay is carried out in several ways.
When treating joints, blue or yellow clay is most often used. Blue clay contains cadmium and cobalt, while yellow clay contains alkaline earth metals. It is best to purchase a folk remedy at a beauty salon or pharmacy.
Before starting treatment, it is necessary to consult with your doctor so that the therapy does not cause harm to the body. Self-medication can lead to allergies or other disorders associated with the individual characteristics of the body.
The treatment procedure can be carried out either on your own at home, or you can seek help from a doctor. The cost of the service will depend on how many treatment sessions are performed and what type of procedure the patient chooses. When treating older people, it is best to hire a physician who can perform procedures at home. As a supplement, you can use compresses with bischofite.
Applications are considered the most effective method of treatment; they are applied to the affected area and left for an hour and a half. After this, the diseased joint is wrapped in a woolen scarf and kept warm. If the concentration of salts in the clay is high, painful sensations may appear that must be endured.
Most often, treatment with blue clay is carried out in sanatorium-resort institutions and rest homes.
Treatment may be contraindicated in the following cases:
In particular, clay is not used in the treatment of visual and auditory organs, if it is necessary to perform a surgical operation, or during an inflammatory process at the time of exacerbation of the disease.
When preparing a clay solution for wraps, lotions and compresses, you should not use metal objects when stirring, as they can change the composition of the medicinal mixture.
Since clay can quickly lose its healing properties during strong heating, it is best used cold. If the patient feels cold and weak during the procedure, a heating pad is used to improve the patient's condition.
In some cases, clay lotions can cause swelling. However, there is no need to panic, as this phenomenon disappears after a while.
In conclusion, we recommend the video in this article with a detailed analysis of the benefits of clay treatment.

4. Clay treatment methods
Clay therapy is one of the most effective ways to improve your health. Let's find out how to do this.
Clay is a strong absorbent, it is capable of absorbing toxic substances: liquid and gaseous, various odors, purulent discharge, etc. It is known that the substances contained in clay form a kind of protective film on the mucous membrane of the gastrointestinal tract, thereby protecting it from unfavorable factors of the external and internal environment of the human body. It should also be noted that, according to the latest scientific data, clay causes diseased cells to vibrate at the same frequency as healthy ones. This action of clay is used for the prevention and treatment of cancer.
Many diseases, including atherosclerosis, dermatoses, diabetes mellitus, as well as premature aging of the body, are associated with a deficiency of silicon in the human body. Only clay can fill this deficiency.
Clay puts a person’s energy in order and even evens out the biofield, doing it better than the most powerful psychic. After all, clay is energetically, or, as they also say, in its vibrations, very close to a person - and in fact, remember how pleasant, for example, clay dishes are to the touch, and kneading clay in your hands is also pleasant. And what pleases us is always useful.
Practice shows that with proper treatment, clay and mud help get rid of almost all diseases - from sore throat to paralysis.
Depending on what rock the clay is formed from and how it is formed, it acquires different colors and healing properties. The most common clays are yellow, red, white, blue, green, dark brown and black. All colors, except black, brown and red, indicate the deep origin of the clay.
As a rule, the different colors of clay are determined by the presence of the following salts in it:
red clay - potassium, iron, admixtures of hematite or manganese. greenish clay - copper, ferrous iron; aluminum-silicon magnesium compounds. blue clay - cobalt, cadmium: dark brown and black clay - carbon, iron; yellow clay - sodium, ferric iron, sulfur and its salts. What makes it white is its high calcium content,
Each color of clay is endowed with healing qualities to heal certain diseases. White and blue clay are most often used for treatment, but in fact, any type of clay is healing, it’s just that each of them has its own unique properties.
Green clay helps cure atherosclerosis and tuberculosis. Green clay is mainly used to treat hair and scalp, to combat seborrhea. It has excellent absorbent properties. This is an ideal product for deep skin cleansing. Green clay is best suited for oily skin of the face and scalp. Helps narrow pores and improves the function of the sebaceous glands. Has excellent tonic properties. Causes blood flow to the surface of the skin and provides it with the necessary nutrition. Stimulates skin cell regeneration. Tightens the skin and restores the facial line. Effectively softens, smoothes wrinkles and relieves puffiness. Gives skin smoothness and elasticity. Green clay restores normal metabolism and has antibacterial properties.
Blue clay - used in the treatment of obesity, thyroid gland, relieves muscle weakness, improves joint mobility, is used to remove radiation from the body and to treat other diseases. Blue clay can be called “universal”, because it can be used to treat any disease. Blue clay is superior in mineral content to all fruits and vegetables. It regulates the growth and development of body cells, as if it tunes them to the correct, healthy wave, and thereby brings health to the entire body. It is effective even in the treatment of malignant tumors.
White clay - used in the treatment of various intestinal diseases, obesity, hair loss and to strengthen nails. White clay is also called kaolin because it is composed of the mineral kaolinite. Even in ancient times, it was used as a sorbent, as it binds and removes harmful substances from the digestive tract. Modern specialists also know that white clay removes toxic metabolic products from the body. It contains a lot of calcium and silicon, which our body needs.
Red clay is used in the treatment of diseases of the cardiovascular system, hypotension, varicose veins, nervous diseases and diseases of the endocrine system, and joint pain.
Yellow clay - used for stroke, diseases of the stomach and intestines, migraines, headaches, osteochondrosis.
Black clay - used to reduce temperature, for various types of heartbeat, inflammation of the skin and internal organs, and promotes rejuvenation of the entire body.
Note: if you do not have clay of the desired color, then you can use any clay for treatment, but the healing effect will be somewhat weaker. But the most universal are white and blue clay, and their use has no contraindications. In order to enhance the healing effects of clay, sprinkle it with holy water and pray to the Lord that, through your heartfelt prayers, He will send you healing through this natural medicine (in this case, clay).
What properties make clay so healing? For example, why is it harmful to bacteria? Because it contains a radioactive element - radium in such quantities that its radiation is not harmful, but beneficial to health. This radiation is enough that not a single microorganism can resist it. In addition, the radioactivity of clay returns the necessary magnetic-electric balance to the cells of the human body, that is, clay has the ability to equalize energy, what is called the biofield. At the same time, tissue and blood cells are cleansed and normal metabolism is restored.
Clay water is a universal remedy for treating almost all diseases; moreover, drinking this water daily is useful for completely healthy people to prevent diseases, to cleanse the body, to maintain vigor and good performance. This water is also useful for washing and rinsing your mouth. Clay renews the blood, after 8 days of consuming clay, the number of red blood cells increases, clay strengthens and renews all internal organs, and brings them energy. By taking clay internally, you can treat almost any disease, even diabetes and cancer.
Clay for medicinal purposes can be taken both externally - in the form of applications, lotions and compresses, and internally.
When taken orally, clay has different effects on the body.
Clay has an absorbent effect , concentrating on its surface a very large amount of foreign substances, both dissolved in the fluids of the body and undissolved. Therefore, clay is able to remove toxins and waste from both hollow organs and the body as a whole, affecting even tissues and organs very distant from the digestive system.
Clay has enormous absorption capacity . Once in the intestines, it absorbs toxic substances and nutrient processing products. In this way, the stomach and intestines are cleansed of the contents that under normal conditions clog and poison the body.
Clay has a cleansing effect . The fact is that all toxic substances and wastes circulate in the blood. The blood is enriched with nutrients and oxygen in the lungs, stomach, and intestines and releases accumulated waste substances to the same lungs, kidneys, and large intestines. There is a constant exchange of nutrients and waste products between the body and the external environment. But due to some reasons, which include diseases and stress, environmental conditions and a busy rhythm of life, poor nutrition and a large number of synthetic materials and products, the excretory systems of our body cannot completely cleanse the blood of harmful substances. This leads to general intoxication of the body, provokes diseases and accelerates the aging process. The cells and tissues of the body cannot cope with slagging, but clay can help them. Entering the stomach and intestines, even small amounts of clay retain poisons and toxins (which are more chemically active than nutrients) on their surface and prevent them from being absorbed into the blood.
Clay collects waste released by cells - the process of cleansing blood and lymph, the main nutrient and transport media of the body, begins. With more or less long-term use of clay, this process becomes constant, all organs and cells are cleansed, all tissues get rid of waste and toxins, and the body begins to work in a self-sustaining mode. Removing a large amount of waste and waste products from the blood allows the body to use nutrients more rationally, eliminates ballast deposits - salt deposits, fat accumulations, kidney and gallstones, etc.
The external use of clay is based on two of its properties - absorption capacity and the ability to exchange components with the surrounding space in the presence of a medium through which such exchange occurs. In the simplest case, such an exchange medium is water.
Clay can be most widely used for various wounds, ulcers and burns. After all, clay is capable of retaining on its surface not only substances, but also bacteria, viruses, and various components of decomposed tissues. When used in this way, clay is like an antiseptic and absorbent bandage, preventing tissue toxins and bacterial poisons from affecting living tissue that fights infection. In addition, it is very difficult for microbes, attracted by the significant absorption abilities of the clay
Clay also has a cleansing effect , absorbing excess amounts of so-called inflammatory mediators - special substances produced by the body and provoking a reaction of rejection of foreign substances. In this way, the inflammatory response decreases and the wound begins to cleanse.
Finding clay is not so difficult - it is literally everywhere, you can dig it up even in your own garden plot, if you are not too lazy to dig the ground deeper and get to the clay layer. You can look for clay in any places where there are cracks in the ground, in natural quarries. Just look for it away from the city and, of course, not at the nearest construction site - clay mixed with industrial waste and other harmful substances is not healing. Just don’t confuse clay with loam - earth similar to clay. By the way, in some cases loam can also be used, but unlike clay, only externally. Now clay has begun to be sold in pharmacies and stores, but when planning to buy it, pay attention to the fact that the clay is in its natural, original form, without any processing.
1. The best clay for treatment is the one that you can prepare yourself.
2. Before you go in search of clay necessary for treatment, perform a prayer service at home “For the calling of the Holy Spirit before the beginning of every good deed.” And after the prayer service in front of the icons (or icon) you have, ask the Lord in your own words for blessings for a successful search for good raw materials (clay) for treatment.
3. For treatment, it is necessary to prepare soft plastic clay that lies close to water sources (rivers, wells, springs) or in clay ravines (quarries) located far from industrial enterprises and highways.
4. When harvesting, it is necessary to determine whether the raw material is loam, unsuitable for medicinal use. To do this, you need to take some raw material, roll it out in your palms, adding a little water. If the resulting sausage can be bent like a donut and it will not spread, then the raw material is suitable for use, but if cracks appear, then you are holding in your hands a material unsuitable for healing.
5. If you use factory raw materials, be sure to make sure that it is not a fake and check it as described above.
PREPARATION OF CLAY FOR USE FOR MEDICAL PURPOSES
Next, it is very important to prepare the clay correctly. First you need to dry it thoroughly - poorly dried clay will not dissolve in water, and you will not be able to prepare medicines from it. It is best to dry the clay in the sun, but if there is no sun, you can lay it out near any heat source, stove, radiator or heater. When the clay dries, grind it into fine powder, simultaneously removing stones, plant roots, sand and other foreign particles. Place the crushed clay in a wooden or enameled, or better yet, ceramic bowl, fill it with fresh, clean water so that the clay is completely covered, and let it sit for several hours. The clay must absorb moisture. Now stir the mixture thoroughly with a wooden spatula or just with your hands (but in no case with a metal tool) and start kneading it with your hands so that it becomes homogeneous and there are no lumps left in it. The finished mass should resemble mastic in its consistency. Don’t forget that you need to prepare clay in a good mood, with a positive attitude towards health - then you will put the appropriate positive vibrations into the clay, and it will become even more healing. And a bad mood can inadvertently disrupt the healthy vibrations of clay, depriving it of many healing properties, keep this in mind!
The finished clay can and should be kept in the light, in the air, in the sun, so that it is enriched with natural energies. If necessary, dilute it with water and stir again. This way it can be stored indefinitely. When the clay dries, it should be a uniform color, without salt stains.
Attention! Clay with a large amount of salts cannot be used for internal use.
Internal use of clay
For treatment, clay can be taken internally in the form of clay powder, clay balls and clay solution, clay water.
Clay powder from deep-seated layers should be prepared as follows : sprinkle a piece of clay with holy water, pound it in a wooden or porcelain mortar, removing possible impurities. After the powder is prepared, it should be poured into a clean, dry jar and used for treatment as needed.
The powder prepared from clay taken from the upper layers should be prepared as follows : break up a piece of clay, and then very carefully select small pebbles, soil, pieces of roots, etc. Then crush the clay quite coarsely and select the pebbles again. After that, the clay must be filled with cold water and allowed to settle (clean water should be used). Stir and let stand again. When the grains of sand settle, you can drain the settled water and carefully remove the clay, separating it from the sand that has settled at the bottom. Then dry the clay and grind it into a fine powder.
The balls are made from powder. To do this, you need to dilute the powder with water to the consistency of a stiff dough and roll into balls with a diameter of 0.5 - 1 cm. Dry the resulting balls. These dry balls can be stored in any glass jar or container and should be soaked in water before use.
To obtain a solution, clay powder must be diluted with water: the minimum concentration of clay in water should be 1/2 teaspoon per 1 glass of water, and the maximum - 1 tbsp. spoon for 1 glass of water.
Dissolve the clay powder in the required amount of water, then drink the resulting solution slowly in small sips. If there is clay powder left at the bottom of the glass, add water to it and drink it too. To stir the powder, you only need to use a wooden spoon. It is advisable to take clay powder diluted in cold water only before meals. Sugar should not be consumed. Clay should not be consumed internally with coffee, milk, or alcoholic beverages. It is most effective to take clay with cold water, homemade juices, you can add lemon juice to clay water. If the patient prefers to take dry clay with water, then it is better to put a piece of clay in the mouth, let it melt in the mouth, then swallow it with water. In this case, digestion improves and teeth become stronger.
If constipation is observed at the beginning of treatment with clay, this indicates a disease of the gastrointestinal tract. In this case, you need to drink a large amount of light clay water (little by little throughout the day).
The intake of clay is regulated by the needs of the body. If you have a sick stomach, you need to start drinking water with a small amount of clay. As the body gets used to it, the amount of clay taken can be increased from 1/2 - 2 teaspoons at a time or throughout the day. For children, 1 teaspoon is enough. It is best to take clay in the morning, after waking up, and always before meals. The recommended intake for an adult is 2 teaspoons per day. Patients who need to restore their health can take 4 teaspoons per day: 2 in the morning and 2 in the evening, before bed. After taking clay in the morning, a light breakfast is recommended.
Clay treatment is a long process and lasts from several months to a year. In order not to accustom the stomach to taking clay, it is necessary to take breaks in taking it. The patient must balance the duration of treatment with his condition.
Fill a clear glass bottle with water and add clay there at the rate of 4 tablespoons per 1 liter. Place the bottle in a bright, preferably sunny place. Drink 2 glasses a day in small sips, holding the water in your mouth for a few seconds before swallowing. You can prepare the water immediately before use - 1 teaspoon of clay per 1 glass of water, to which you can add a little honey if desired. You cannot add sugar, you cannot consume clay with milk or coffee, you can use it with infusions of medicinal herbs, such as mint.
Attention! An important condition is that clay is always used only in cold form; it should never be heated, either for external or internal use. When heated, it loses its healing properties.
External use of clay
From this clay you can prepare all the necessary treatments: for external use - lotions and compresses, rubbing, ointments, wraps and dressings, in the form of clay cakes, clay water, or suspension.
The flatbreads are prepared in the same way as the balls, only the “dough” for them needs to be made a little thinner. The size of the cake is determined by the disease.
To treat skin diseases, you need to use a suspension with the consistency of semolina porridge or liquid cream, depending on the disease. Various herbal infusions can often be added to clay suspensions to enhance the healing effect.
For appliqués, you need to take a piece of thick cotton fabric, prepare a cake about 1 - 1.5 cm thick and 10 x 10 cm in size (the size of the cake depends on where you put the clay) and place it on a damp and warm cloth. Now the cake must be attached to the body using a bandage. If necessary, the application can be insulated. Application with clay should be kept for no more than 2 hours. In most cases, a warmth is felt from the cake, which appears 10 - 15 minutes after the start of the procedure. Initial application sessions may be accompanied by pain, which goes away as the body cleanses.
The essence of the wrap is that the patient is wrapped in a sheet soaked in a clay solution. An oilcloth or piece of polyethylene is placed on a warm blanket, and a sheet soaked in a clay solution is placed on top. A person lies down on a sheet and is wrapped in it, then in oilcloth and wrapped in a blanket. The session lasts 1.5 - 2 hours. The suspension for clay mortar is prepared in a proportion of 3 - 4 tbsp. spoons of clay powder per 1 liter of warm water.
The clay for preparing the lotion must be well dried and ground into powder. Before using clay, it must be cleaned of various foreign impurities: sand, pebbles, etc. The clay mass must be kept in enameled (with broken enamel will not work), wooden or baked clay dishes.
Take a towel or any other piece of linen or cotton fabric, fold it in half or four, as is more convenient, lay it on the table and apply a layer of clay 2-3 cm thick with your hand or a wooden spatula. The mass should be thick, it should not flow. If the lotion is placed on the scalp, then the skin is first covered with a wider napkin - this will make it easier to remove the lotion.
Wipe the sore spot with a damp cloth, apply the clay lotion tightly to the skin, cover it with a woolen cloth and tie it with a bandage. The lotion is removed when there is a feeling that the clay has become dry and hot, usually this happens after 2 - 3 hours. You can't hold it anymore. Before applying the clay lotion, the sore spot is wiped with holy water.
After unbandaging the sore spot and removing the outer fabric, remove the lotion in one movement, trying to ensure that the clay does not remain on the skin. Rinse your skin with warm water. Used clay cannot be reused, because it has accumulated a lot of toxins; we can say that it has absorbed the disease. It is best to take it out of the house and bury it in the ground. In order to get good results you need to bet 2-3 times or more. In severe cases, the more, the better. Clay never causes harm. Moreover, recovery occurs faster. If clay is mixed with urine, the effect will be enhanced many times over. This is exactly what should be done for malignant tumors, changing them one after another throughout the day.
If you think that the clay is dirty, then first make a clay solution, very liquid, boil it, cool, drain off excess water, dry, crush and use as indicated earlier. In this case, you will receive sterile clay and can use it without fear. The most effective against malignant tumors is white clay (or light colors) mixed with evaporated urine.
Note: for ulcers, abscesses, eczema and other skin diseases, lotions with clay should be applied without a tissue layer due to the fact that clay has antibacterial properties.
At home, partial clay baths can be successfully used for treatment. To do this, arms, legs (or feet) are immersed in a container filled with a very liquid clay mass, depending on the disease. The duration of the procedure is 20 minutes. Partial baths are used for local treatment of hands and feet.
Full baths at home
Full baths are taken 2 times a week. The water should be warm. The number of procedures is 6 - 7, duration - 0.5 - 1 hour, depending on the patient’s condition.
Full baths in natural conditions
This method of treatment appeared earlier than the previous one. It was used quite often in monasteries. But this method can only be used in the warm season outdoors, under the sun. A hole is dug in the ground of such a size that the patient can fit freely in it, then clean water is poured into the hole, good clay is added, which is mixed with water until a homogeneous consistency. The patient undresses and sits in the pit. His head should be covered from the sun. After the bath, the patient is put to bed and given a warm drink: hot Cahors - 150 g or an infusion of medicinal herbs (the choice of infusion depends on the patient’s disease). Full baths (both natural and homemade) are used to treat the legs , hips, kidneys, and lower abdomen.
Note : when using any type of bath, the water should be warm (40-45 °C). Sometimes at the beginning of the procedure the patient may feel weak, but over time this goes away.
Rub the sore spot with a large cotton swab soaked in clay water. In the case of treating diseases of the musculoskeletal system, paralysis, to enhance the effect of rubbing, add 3 - 4 cloves of crushed garlic to clay water. For respiratory diseases and tuberculosis, rub the chest and throat with a mixture of clay and garlic several times a day.
Take a lump of clay and soak it in water for a long time. Strain the liquid, but do not squeeze. Stir the remaining sediment and add a little vinegar, as well as decoctions and juices of medicinal herbs - decoction of horsetail, cinquefoil root, galangal, plantain juice. This ointment is suitable even for open wounds.
This potent remedy is used for constipation. 3 - 4 tbsp. spoons of dry clean clay, pour 1 - 1.5 liters of clean water and place in the sun or light. Before use, stir the mixture, filter through gauze, and pour into an enema. Then its tip is gradually inserted into the rectum. Try to retain water in the intestines longer. The duration of treatment is 12 days. Every 3 days you need to take a break. You definitely need to switch to a vegetarian diet. Then take a 15-day break. If necessary, the course must be repeated.
PRACTICAL TIPS AND RECOMMENDATIONS
If the recipe does not indicate what kind of clay to use, then use “universal” blue clay or select clay, following the recommendations given at the beginning of this section about the properties of clay of different colors.
It is advisable to use clay internally after consultation with your doctor. In this case, only fatty clay is used. If sand is mixed with the raw material, then it should be filtered through gauze folded in 4 - 6 layers. Green or blue clay is most effective when used internally. During the period of treatment with clay, it is not advisable to suddenly stop taking allergy medications; it is better to simply start slowly reducing their dose.
Contraindications to the use of healing with clay may be : circulatory failure of II and III degrees, tumor diseases, tuberculosis of any localization. Clay treatment should also not be used by women during menstruation.

Passive red or active black clay is used to treat withdrawal symptoms. In case of concomitant diseases of the heart, liver, or stomach, a slow cleansing is necessary, lasting 2-3 months.
Treatment of allergic reactions with clay. Clay therapy allows you, first of all, to solve the problem of blood purity and do this without resorting to complex purification systems using devices or any medications. In addition to taking clay to cleanse the blood, you can use some simple methods available at home.
Clay treatment for sore throat can be general and local. General treatment consists of eliminating poisoning of the body, and local treatment prevents further development of the inflammatory process and helps to draw pus from the tonsils, where it accumulates.
To treat arthritis, applications, warm clay baths, and rubbing with clay are used.
For atherosclerosis, treatment begins with taking a clay suspension according to a soft scheme, moving from small to large doses. In addition, in the first week of treatment, be sure to take choleretic agents (decoction of corn silk, infusion of horsetail herb, etc.), cabbage juice, alkaline mineral water or garlic (at least 2 cloves per day).
When treating bronchial asthma, you first need to cleanse the blood (see Allergic reactions), and then get rid of mucus. To do this, take 100 g of horseradish, pass it through a meat grinder along with a large lemon (lemon with zest). Take the resulting mixture on an empty stomach, 1 time per day in the morning, 0.5 teaspoon. The course of treatment is 2 weeks.
To eliminate bronchitis, it is recommended to carry out a 3-week course of applications. Clay compresses, slightly larger than the palm of your hand, are applied to the area below the shoulder blades once a day for 2-2.5 hours for 2 weeks, and in the third week the compresses are placed on the chest, under the collarbones.
To completely cure varicose veins, you need to influence all the mechanisms that lead to weakness of the veins. Therefore, clay applications are made both on the area of diseased blood vessels and on the area of the heart.
Treatment of vegetative-vascular dystonia consists primarily of cleansing the body of accumulated toxins. The cleansing course begins with a daily intake of 1 tablespoon of clay in 1 glass of warm water. Every week the amount of clay should be reduced by 1 teaspoon, bringing the dose to 1 teaspoon per day. Take this dose for 1 week and finish treatment. Along with taking clay internally, clay compresses are used. They are placed on those areas where pain occurs and discomfort is felt.
In case of injuries, treatment with clay should begin as early as possible. A fairly thick layer of clay (at least 3 cm) is applied to the damaged area (the place of dislocation), and the area is necessarily wrapped very warmly in a warm woolen cloth. Unlike the treatment of other diseases, for injuries it is necessary to change clay compresses every 2-3 hours. Usually the pain noticeably decreases after half a day, and the tumor begins to resolve on the second, or less often on the third, day. After the pain has reduced, compresses can be applied 3 times a day for 2 hours, and after the tumor has resolved - 2 times a day.
Treatment of sinusitis and frontal sinusitis is carried out according to the same scheme. Clay compresses approximately 1 cm thick are placed on the area of the diseased sinuses. For sinusitis, clay cakes are placed on the forehead, and for sinusitis - under the eyes. The compress is applied daily and kept for 2 hours. During the session, severe pain occurs and must be endured. The course of treatment is 5 weeks.
Gastritis can be treated with application and taking clay internally. The clay is diluted, applied in a 1 cm thick layer to the fabric and a compress is applied to the sore spot. Session duration is 2 hours. The course of treatment is no less than 7 and no more than 21 sessions daily, once a day.
Treatment with clay for hypertension is aimed at several goals: relieving tension in the vascular bed itself, removing excess waste that accumulates in tissues due to the fact that the blood does not have time to exchange waste with the metabolic system, and removing stagnant fluids from organs and tissues.
Treatment of dermatitis should begin with cleansing the blood and removing toxins from the body - from the intestines, liver, kidneys. Cleansing should be carried out according to the following scheme: dilute 2 teaspoons of clay in 1 glass of water and drink the resulting suspension in the morning on an empty stomach, the course of treatment is 2 weeks. There is no need to change the dosage.
In case of cholelithiasis, cleansing with clay can eliminate small stones in the gallbladder due to the fact that clay absorbs excess active substances that are present in bile, and thus normalizes its biochemical composition.
To treat constipation, it is better to take blue or red clay. Start taking 1 teaspoon per 1 glass of water 2 times a day. After a week, the dose is increased to 2 teaspoons per dose, etc., adding 1 teaspoon per week, up to a dose of 1 tablespoon of clay in 1 glass of warm water per dose. Typically, intestinal activity returns to normal in the second week of use.
For coronary heart disease, clay is used externally and internally.
When treating migraines, clay ingestion and clay applications are equally important. For treatment it is necessary to use active clay of white or black color. Take clay internally 2 times a day, 1 tablespoon of powder (or 5-7 large balls) in 1 glass of warm water. The course of treatment is 2 weeks. Clay applications are placed on the back of the head and neck, covering the lower border of hair growth. It is better to apply clay on the side that hurts more often. The course of treatment is 2 weeks every other day, applications are best done at night.
Almost all burns can be treated well with clay or clay water. The consequences of first- and second-degree burns can be significantly reduced if, immediately after receiving a burn, before blisters have yet to swell, you lubricate the skin with any vegetable oil and apply a cool clay cake to the damaged area. The pain from the burn goes away after 20 minutes, and the burn itself goes away after 2-3 days. Burns with open wounds are more difficult to treat, especially third-degree burns. They are washed with clay water together with disinfectant solutions. You can get by with clay water alone, but you need to make sure that the water does not stagnate in the wound. To speed up healing, the wound is covered with soft clay, making a ring around it. Such severe burns take longer to heal, but using clay can reduce the healing process by almost half.
In case of peptic ulcer of the stomach and duodenum, it is first necessary to establish proper functioning of the stomach and provide the body with the missing nutrients. To do this, clay powder is taken orally, 1 tablespoon in 1 glass of warm water, 2 times a day in the morning and evening. Instead of powder, you can take 7-8 small balls of clay (the size of your thumbnail). Every week the dose is reduced by 1 teaspoon; after 1 month it will be 1 teaspoon (or 3-5 small balls) per 1 glass of warm water.
Treatment with clay at home for various diseases has been used since ancient times by healers and healers. Modern scientists also pay tribute to its healing properties and use clay treatment for various diseases, including severe pulmonary diseases.
Depending on the area in which clay is mined and the rock from which it is formed, clay comes in different colors - black, brown, yellow, white, blue, green, red. Its color implies the presence of certain metals and salts in it.
• Black and brown clay - the presence of iron and carbon;
• Yellow – contains sulfur, sodium, iron;
• Blue – cobalt, cadmium;
• Green – copper, iron;
• Red - iron, potassium.
Color has a certain significance in the treatment of diseases, but the main thing is not the color, but the correct use of clay. After all, it has truly “magical” properties: like a magnet, it will begin to remove from the body through the intestines and pores all the trash, dirt, mucus and pus that has accumulated inside, and will heal microscopic wounds inside, which we don’t even know about yet.
To collect good clay, you should know a few rules: you need to collect it far from cities and industrial enterprises, without sand, crumbly, near water bodies, warmed by the sun. Clay is considered good, from which you can mold a bagel and after drying it will not crack. After collection, it must be crushed and dried. Store only in clay or glass containers.
Clay has a strong antibacterial and antitumor effect (extending to both benign and malignant tumors), normalizes metabolism, and helps enhance the effect of other types of treatment.
The healing properties of clay are so extensive that almost anything can be treated with it. I will write only the main diseases that can be treated. So, clay heals:
There are only 3 main ways to use clay for treatment: it is taken orally, compresses, wraps and applications are made, and baths are taken with it.
• To cleanse the body, take clay baths: pour half a bath of warm water, add one glass of clay powder and stir well. In order to find out about the presence of diseases in the body, test clay water with a pendulum. Tie a ring without a stone or a nut onto a 30 cm long thread. Before taking a bath, bring the pendulum to the water - it should swing evenly back and forth (i.e. from you to yourself).
If, after taking a bath, the pendulum swings from right to left, then this means that the water has taken all sorts of rubbish from you, and if the pendulum begins to rotate in circles, then this is an indicator of the highest level of slagging in the body. Then it is necessary to take clay baths for a long time until complete recovery. Bath time is 30 minutes.
• For compresses and applications, mix the powder with water to a non-flowing consistency, place it on gauze in a 1 cm layer and cover with another gauze on top. Thus, the clay is between two layers of gauze and can be placed on the sore spot for 1.5 hours. No more is needed, since even this amount already manages to take away all the negativity from the problem organ.
Important - the clay should not be stirred with anything metallic, only with your hands or wooden sticks. Applications can be done twice a day. Clay should never be reused . To treat sick joints with clay, add a little castor oil to the mixture, put a compress on the joint, wrap it and hold it until it dries completely for 5 - 6 hours.
• To use clay internally, stir 1 teaspoon of clay powder in a glass of water, let it brew a little and drink not to the bottom (since the sediment may contain sand and other impurities). Such water will pull out of you, like a magnet, all the stale rubbish, and relieve heartburn and gas.
Ideal for various diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, poisoning, slagging of the body, etc. If you do not currently have clay powder, then you can use fresh one. To do this, take a piece of clay about 1 by 1 cm, clean it of sand and dirt, crush it and place it in the sun to dry.
After use, be sure to monitor the sensations in your body. There should be no discomfort. If you experience discomfort, reduce the dose to half a glass and try drinking in small sips. You can drink clay water indefinitely. But it’s better if after a month of taking it, you take a break for 10 days.
