As a rule, the female gender faces the problem of bunions. This is due to the fact that the muscles in men's legs are more powerful and sinewy.
But for representatives of the fair sex, bones (or in other words, bumps) become a real universal catastrophe! First of all: my legs hurt a lot, plus there is a noticeable cosmetic defect. An elegant woman’s foot turns into something unknown, but shoe manufacturers somehow don’t take this into account - and as a result, it’s difficult to choose even a pair of shoes, let alone beautiful ones.
In fact, the bones are not bones at all. These are simply salt deposits that occur due to poor nutrition and a passive lifestyle. Getting rid of salt deposits is sometimes very problematic. But traditional medicine can offer a huge number of various methods for solving this problem.
An effective remedy in the fight against bunions is the bile of domestic animals and birds. It is generally accepted that bird bile helps better. By the way, this waste product is sold, and it is not at all necessary to have your own pet for treatment.
Lubricate the protruding bones - and active bile enzymes will begin to dissolve salt deposits. To speed up the process, you can alternate this method with lubrication with a tincture of vinegar and iodine. Vinegar and iodine should be mixed in the proportions of one spoon of vinegar to five drops of iodine.
Another method of treatment is to apply pieces of fresh river fish to the bones, but not frozen! Apply fish pieces to the problem area overnight, securing them with a bandage. Repeat the procedure for a week, and over the next week, rub fir oil into your bones at night.
Regular salt foot baths perfectly relieve pain symptoms and help reduce and even completely disappear the bumps. To prepare such a bath, dissolve a moderate amount of salt in a basin of hot water, wait until the water cools to an acceptable temperature for the body, and then lower your feet into the basin and keep them in the water for 15 minutes. This procedure should be repeated for 14 days, then take a seven-day break, and again take salt baths for 14 days. In total you must complete 4 such courses.
The next method is very effective, but very painful. We advise you to agree to it only in case of urgent need to quickly remove the cones.
Mix snow with salt (snow can be replaced with ice cubes from the refrigerator) in equal quantities, and then apply this mixture to the problem area for 2-7 minutes, guided by the sensations and sensitivity of your skin. Then quickly remove the remaining liquid from the snow, wrap the area with the protruding bone in a bandage, wrap it with paper on top, and tie the bump with something warming, a woolen scarf or scarf, for example, with a third layer. Leave this compress for several hours, or even overnight.
At night, the treated area will hurt because there will be a burn there. The next day, this area should be lubricated with sea buckthorn oil, and then treated as an ordinary burn.
The effect of this method is that blood and lymph actively flow to the affected skin, then the temperature in this area rises slightly and salt deposits begin to rapidly break down, and the tissues begin to intensively renew themselves. This method is effective for salt deposits in any place.
After about 10 days, you will see a noticeable reduction in size of the protruding bone or its complete disappearance. In addition, pain symptoms will go away.
By the way, as a more gentle option, you can use not a mixture of snow and salt, but an ice cube made from very salty water, which should be applied to the problem area until it completely melts.
To solve your problem with bones, you can also prepare a special ointment. Place a fresh chicken egg in a small glass (literally 50 grams). The egg should be in a glass, and the shell of this ingredient should be white. Next, completely fill the egg with 70% vinegar essence. After the work has been done, you need to put the egg in a dark place until it dissolves. You will have to wait 10-12 days. Then, when the chicken egg has dissolved, discard the remaining shell and carefully move the resulting substance in a glass, adding one tablespoon of melted lard, unsalted butter or Vaseline. The resulting ointment should be applied to the problem area once every two days. On days when you do not use ointment, apply an iodine mesh to the bump. This ointment will help both as an analgesic and as an antifungal, and it also relieves itching.
