If a person’s bunion is swollen and painful, what can be done to relieve such symptoms? The doctor will answer this question. When a bone on the leg first swells, many people are perplexed, because there was no particular reason for this. It could have become swollen for various reasons. There were no injuries or bruises that could have caused such changes. If the leg is swollen, then this is already an alarming sign, and if redness is added, then it is doubly alarming.
With diseases of the joints of the lower extremities, the legs often swell. A tumor of the bone has an official name - hallux valgus. Most often, the bone of the thumb swells. The reasons leading to inflammation are different. This includes flat feet and wearing tight shoes and high heels.
Very often, the bone can swell in people who have congenital foot deformities, weak ligaments, or who have suffered injuries. The leg near the bone swells for various reasons. And a tumor is always only the first manifestation of the disease. When the disease appears, lovers of narrow shoes will need to give them up and forget what a high heel is. You will have to wear looser and more comfortable shoes. It is best if at the first signs of illness the patient immediately consults a doctor. If at the beginning of the disease the bone sticks out just a little, then as the pathology develops, the deformation of the joint increases. As the disease progresses, the displacement of the thumb increases. If at the first stage the deviation of the thumb is only 20 degrees, then at the second it is already 30, and, in the end, the displacement increases to 50 degrees at the third stage. The tumor causes a lot of pain, and putting on shoes is not so easy.
Every step becomes very painful as the swelling rubs against the shoes. At the site of skin maceration, a callus forms, which causes additional suffering. At the fourth stage, the bone protrudes significantly, the deviation is already more than 50 degrees. The pain bothers me even in a calm state. The bone is inflamed and swells greatly on the sides and top, its lower part is also inflamed.
Don't wait until the pain becomes unbearable. The disease must be treated at the first signs of its appearance. At the onset of the disease, you should immediately stop eating certain foods. Mostly fatty fried meat. From all foods that can retain salt in the body. Conversely, eat as many fruits and vegetables as possible. It’s not bad if the diet includes cereals, mushrooms and fish, but not sea fish, but river fish. The second condition for a speedy recovery is physical therapy. It is necessary to do foot exercises regularly. The benefits of such loads are enormous. With active movements, the speed of blood and lymph flow increases significantly. Nutrients are supplied to the site of inflammation and the immune system is activated. As a result, the tumor decreases in size and the intensity of the inflammatory process decreases.
You can come up with exercises yourself. The foot should move up and down. The only condition for this is that every movement should not cause attacks of pain. Physiotherapy sessions can be a great help at this stage. But only a doctor can prescribe them. This is another reason to visit a specialist.
Symptoms of varicose veins and more can be:
If you have these symptoms, you need to know that this is stage l of varicose veins. How our readers solve foot problems.
There are many recipes taken from traditional medicine that can alleviate the patient's condition.
The simplest and easiest to implement is to use the well-known acetylsalicylic acid or aspirin. To do this, traditional healers advise taking a pack of aspirin. Typically one package contains 10 tablets. Next, take cologne and iodine, 100 ml and 15 drops, respectively. All this is mixed and stored in a dark bottle for 2 weeks. After this, the product is ready for use. It is necessary to rub this composition on the place where the bone is swollen. Another remedy that can help is a white clay compress. It is mixed with water to the consistency of plasticine and the resulting mass is applied to the bone overnight. This compress helps remove swelling and inflammation.
If you have a swollen big toe, egg ointment will help relieve the swelling. True, the process of making it is quite troublesome and long. You need to start by pouring a concentrated solution of vinegar into a whole egg. All this, carefully closed, is stored in complete darkness for 14 days. During this time, the shell will completely dissolve, and the remaining egg should be used to prepare the ointment. For these purposes, the egg is mixed with 1 tbsp. lard and turpentine. The mixture obtained in this way is applied to the bone and tied with a bandage. Sea salt baths are very helpful for swollen bones. To do this, you need 1 liter of warm water, in which 2 tablespoons are diluted. sea salt. The foot is completely immersed in water. The entire procedure should last at least 15 minutes.
If the tumor at the bottom of the foot is not treated, then over time it develops into advanced valgus. In this case, there is only one treatment - surgery. And any, even small, surgical intervention is stressful for the body.
Hallux valgus requires wearing special orthopedic shoes. Only in it will your feet be comfortable and comfortable. In some cases, your doctor may prescribe the use of a special thumb brace. Thanks to this, the thumb straightens and further growth of cartilage tissue stops.
In any case, you should not start the disease. If at the first and second stages it is still possible to solve the problem without resorting to radical treatment, then the third and fourth stages cannot be cured using conventional methods, using orthopedic shoes, compresses, and therapeutic exercises. In addition, it is necessary that the diagnosis of hallux valgus is made by a doctor, because there are many diseases that have similar symptoms. You cannot self-medicate. It is necessary to seek help from a doctor at the first signs of illness. You should also take the recommendations of traditional medicine with extreme caution. Each person may react differently to the same product. It can help some, but for others it will create a lot of problems.
Hello, dear visitors of my blog!
Today the article is devoted to a problem that is well known to all women, if not personally, then in their immediate environment - this is a bone on the finger.
In men, this problem occurs on average 20-25 times less often than in women. Although not all men are immune from this - my dad has this problem, and this problem has not escaped me either. That's why this article appeared.
It seems to me that this structure of the bone can be inherited - I will also find out from the doctor. I am publishing an educational program for you from an orthopedist about a bunion on your foot.
A bunion or bump on the toe is cleverly called hallux valgus. Of course, there is no bump on the leg. In fact, this is a deviation of the first metatarsal bone of the foot to the inside, with a simultaneous inclination of the big toe to the outside.
The cause of hallux valgus is transverse flatfoot. Although not all people with transverse flat feet develop such bones. Factors leading to transverse flatfoot are:
I have a bunion on my foot that could be either hereditary or caused by high heels. I only have it on one leg, probably after all, narrow high-heeled pumps caused it. My right foot is slightly wider than my left, so the shoes squeezed it more, locking my big toe in the wrong position for a long time.
Like any disease, hallux valgus has its own stages.
This problem is relevant not only for mature women. Many girls at the age of 14-15 already begin to wear heels. That is why hallux valgus deformity has become younger, and orthopedists encounter this disease even in 15-year-old girls.
Why does a bunion grow on the big toe?
The problem is not only that it is more difficult to choose shoes, or that you cannot walk quickly.
Hallux valgus affects the condition of all bones and joints of the foot. This is especially dangerous because the feet are a support platform, and a very small one, for the whole body.
Over time, people with bumps on their fingers can develop problems in their knee joints and spine, which can lead to headaches.
The less pronounced the problem, the easier it is to correct and treat. In the initial stages of the disease, conservative therapy is sufficient, which cannot be neglected, otherwise the problem will become critical. It allows you to slow down the process.
Basically, conservative therapy consists of the use of orthopedic devices. If you notice that a bone is growing on your foot near your big toe, then buy yourself any device, even the most inexpensive one, to fix your toe in the correct position.
To prevent a bone from growing on your foot
Splints that fix the thumb and prevent it from deviating. They can be different, some are worn at home without shoes, and some can be worn with shoes.
Conservative therapy also includes physiotherapy, massage and physical therapy.
In the initial and middle stages, so-called shock wave therapy can be used, when calcifications are destroyed with the help of ultrasound and cartilaginous growth on the thumb joint is reduced.
If your hallux valgus deformity is too advanced, you will need the help of a surgeon. There is no escape from this if you do not take timely measures and slow down the disease at an early stage.
There are more than 100 surgical techniques for this disease, since this problem has been known for a long time and is equally widespread throughout the world. These are minimally invasive interventions. They are almost painless and are aimed at correcting the angle between the phalanges of the thumb.
In most cases, they pass without applying bandages. You will be in the surgical hospital for no more than 2–5 working days.
In the most extreme case, in a very advanced situation, surgeons fix the bones with special titanium screws, which remain in the patient’s body forever. This procedure is quite painful and requires 3-7 weeks of recovery, but it can cure even the most advanced cases.
Of course, they cannot correct bone deformation; they are used at stages 1 and 2 of the disease. Allows you to relieve pain, swelling and inflammation in the joints of the thumb.
The most effective are foot baths with iodine and salt. For 1 liter of warm water, 2 tablespoons of salt and 10 drops of iodine. Spend 15-20 minutes a day every day for 30-35 days.
After the procedure, an iodine mesh should be applied to the cone.
Knead a piece of propolis so that it resembles a small coin. Apply to the bone and secure with adhesive tape. We put it on overnight and take it off in the morning. Course 30-35 days.
For 1 tablespoon of iodine, add 5 aspirin tablets, crushed into powder. Stir the resulting mixture until smooth. Apply to the bone once a day for 3 days in a row, then break for 3 days. Repeat this for a month.
As you can see, a bulging bunion is a serious problem and should not be neglected. Take care of your feet - wear comfortable shoes!
Tips on beauty and health will be sent to you by email.
Channel One in the program “Little Things in Life” talked about how to get rid of a bunion without surgery in just 1.5-2 months. All you need is for this.
Inflammation of the bunion in women occurs for various reasons. The disease is common. Its appearance is influenced by uncomfortable high-heeled shoes, hereditary traits, and hormonal changes that occur during menopause.
Do not wear tight shoes, as they have an adverse effect on the condition of the foot and lead to deformation. The bunions appear and hurt because the big toe moves to the side and the joint protrudes outward. The leg is subjected to severe stress, resulting in pain along with inflammation.
Our patient, a 45-year-old woman, was one of the first to try the new technique. She is the first to have grade 4 hallux valgus deformity corrected without surgery Our center tested a special device, a foot corrector. The idea of the method is to gradually straighten it by applying a little force on the thumb.
Pathology occurs if you somehow injured the ankle joint. Injuries have a negative impact on how blood circulates in the foot. If this happens, you should limit movements and use vaso-restorative and painkillers.
You can notice that a bone in your foot is inflamed even if you have diabetes. This is very dangerous as it can lead to the development of gangrene.
Pain in the bunion may occur if there is bursitis. It occurs when the metatarsophalangeal joints are injured. This puts a lot of stress on the joint. And if flat feet appear, then the entire sole of the foot will hurt, calluses and corns will appear.
In addition to the above, salts are deposited on the joints. They have a detrimental effect not only on the joints, but also on the body as a whole. This pathology is manifested by joint pain and swelling. The skin takes on a red tint. Arthritis and osteoporosis occur. Tophi appear.
Also, fungal diseases or ingrown nails can cause pain in the bone.
If the pain is caused by arthritis, you should immediately consult a doctor, because an advanced case may lead to surgery.
If the bone on the big toe is inflamed, then arthrosis is often the cause. Changes occur in the soft tissues and the cartilage becomes deformed. That's why pain occurs.
No operation is needed if used.
Also, a person may have osteoporosis, as a result of which the bone tissue becomes very fragile and inflammation of the joint occurs.
When inflammation of the bone tissue begins, it becomes difficult for a woman to walk, her gait changes greatly. Finding shoes that will be comfortable becomes impossible. Other serious complications may even arise due to this pathology, so treatment should be sought immediately.
Surgical intervention may be required, during which the foot is strengthened, and the bone near the bone is fixed with knitting needles in the position in which it is necessary. After this procedure, the person must wear orthopedic insoles and insert inserts between the toes. Also, it is worth using special therapeutic exercises.
Treatment of an inflamed bunion on the big toe can be carried out using electrophoresis if the pain is very severe. Inflammation can be relieved with baths and massage.
If the pain is associated with the development of fungus or an ingrown nail, then a special bath with saline solution and antiseptic should be used. You can use decoctions of chamomile, string or celandine. But such procedures are carried out if there is no suppuration and temperature. Otherwise, surgical intervention cannot be avoided.
If the bone on your big toe is inflamed, then first you should contact a therapist who will assess your condition and refer you to the right specialists. Treatment will depend on the cause that caused the inflammation and the severity of the pathology.
If the disease is just beginning to develop, compresses, baths or manual therapy will be prescribed.
If the patient complains that the joint is crunching, then injections of special drugs may be prescribed that will be injected into the inflamed bone. Also, you cannot do without electrophoresis.
If the stage of the disease is already advanced, then surgery cannot be avoided. As patients and doctors themselves say, surgery is the most effective method of treatment. If you need to prevent inflammation, then use folk remedies, as well as baths and various ointments.
In addition to the above, hormonal therapy is sometimes used to eliminate the inflammatory response. Also, antibiotics are injected into the joint or intravenously.
Lumps on the legs occur not only in women, but also in men. They may develop it due to gout or kidney failure. The pain in this case occurs at night and is characterized by cramps.
Stop walking with hallux valgus. Start using.
You can relieve inflammation from the bone by eliminating salt, protein and alcohol from your diet.
Drinking plenty of fluids is prescribed. They make compresses using Dimexide, and also take medications for inflammation and to relieve pain.
When the disease worsens, the pain is relieved with ice, which is applied to the sore spot.
Doctors prescribe anti-inflammatory medications that remove uric acid from your body and relieve pain.
As you know, compresses help very well with joint diseases:
The following steps also help:
If you take the recommendations into account, the pain will be eliminated and the joints will be healed. The main thing is to follow the recommendations of doctors and not self-medicate. After all, maybe the doctor will use surgery to get rid of the lump.
It is worth taking a closer look at the health of your feet if the disease is just beginning to form. If you start treatment on time, you will prevent the formation of a lump. After all, this disease causes inconvenience. You can't walk down the street, you can't wear what you like. You will have to use special shoes and orthopedic insoles. But every woman wants cute shoes. What should I do?
It should not be forgotten that wearing narrow shoes with unstable heels causes this disease. Use the advice given in the article to improve your health and your illness will definitely recede.
Statistics show that for more than half of patients the disease ultimately ends with surgery. But medicine does not stand still, and a development has already appeared that is designed to radically solve this serious problem.
The disease progressed quite quickly. At first this lump just gave me discomfort on my leg. Then I started to get very sick. Due to the fact that the big toe began to bend inside the foot, he began to push the second, which began to rise up and rest against the top of the toe of the shoe. And a painful callus formed at the bottom of my foot. And by the age of 54, I could no longer walk in my shoes at all! My legs felt like they were in a red-hot vice.
This is a very common disease. All age categories of citizens are at risk. First, let's try to figure out why the bone on the foot grows ?
This foot defect is caused by several factors. One of them is flat feet. Occurs in 35% of the Russian population. The second most popular is wearing uncomfortable, tight shoes and high-heeled shoes. In this regard, the entire body load is directed directly to the foot.
The third reason is diseases of the musculoskeletal system. The fourth reason is foot injuries. The fifth reason is a hereditary predisposition to arthritis. There are other factors that influence the formation of growths on the big toe, but we are looking at the most popular ones.
The nature of the symptoms directly depends on the severity of the disease. In the initial stage, small bumps appear on the big toe. They cause almost no discomfort, except that they rub against shoes when walking. In the middle stage, the patient experiences more noticeable discomfort. The growths on my legs have grown noticeably.
The gait changes, the person begins to clubfoot and limp. Pain appears in this area. It is especially felt when walking for a long time. The formation turns red. When wearing shoes, they cause severe discomfort.
The third stage is an advanced disease. The person has difficulty moving. Every movement brings severe pain. In a calm state (for example, lying on the sofa), the patient also experiences throbbing, aching pain. The joint aches. The pain resembles a toothache. It is becoming more and more difficult to choose comfortable shoes. You have to take boots several sizes larger.
Don't let a growing bone in your foot ! The sooner you contact a surgeon, the sooner you will get rid of discomfort and torment! The doctor will order x-rays to rule out other diseases. Next, the surgeon will tell you how to get rid of the bunion .
First of all, joint pain medications are prescribed. These include ketorol, baralgin, spazgan, solpadeine, nurofen, etc. They should be taken 2 times a day (morning and evening) with a sufficient amount of water. The drugs are irritating to the stomach, so they should be taken with meals.
You can use ointments Ketorol, Nise, Indovazin, Ibuprofen. Apply 3 times a day, rubbing in a circular motion into the sore joint. This will significantly reduce pain in growing bunions .
But they only fight the symptoms of the disease. The main problem remains. This is where the drug Vulnuzan bone comes to the rescue. This ointment, when applied regularly and following the course indicated in the instructions, will help to significantly reduce the growth.
To reduce the inflammatory process in the joint, dexamethasone injections are prescribed, 2 milliliters once a day, for a course of 5 to 10 days (depending on the severity of the disease).
To speed up the healing process (restoration) of inflamed tissues, milgamma injections are prescribed. This is a complex of B vitamins. Take 1 ampoule once a day. We skip the next day. It is enough to puncture 1 package (5 ampoules). You can, of course, take the tablet form of the drug, but the positive effect in this case will appear much later.
Do not ignore traditional medicine. There are reliable cases of complete healing of a growing bone on the leg .
If you find yourself with the above symptoms, do not hesitate, contact an experienced surgeon. Only he will tell you how to get rid of a growing bunion on your foot . I wish you good health!
Due to heavy loads and wearing uncomfortable shoes, our heels are often damaged. One of them is the formation of lumps on the back of the heel bone.
At first they do not cause any discomfort to the person. But over time, the lump grows and becomes the cause of pain and discomfort while walking. There is also a risk of rupture of the Achilles tendon, which subsequently threatens obstacles in movement.
This is what a bump on the back of the heel looks like
The bump is a kind of growth protruding from the back of the heel. It can be of different nature:
The growth resembles a tubercle in appearance. Depending on the composition, it can be hard to the touch or, on the contrary, soft, swollen, with the formation of liquid.
The causes of formation may be:
The method of treating a growth depends on its nature. Therefore, if you discover damage, you need to go to a medical facility and undergo x-ray diagnostics. Since by touch it is not always possible to accurately determine what the growth consists of, especially when the patient is overweight. That is why you should not engage in self-medication, since an incorrectly established diagnosis will reduce all efforts to nothing, and delaying the process will harm your health.
If no bone formation is detected on the image, the patient is sent for magnetic resonance imaging to determine the extent and cause of tendon inflammation.
Everyone knows the expression “Beauty requires sacrifice.” However, remember that narrow shoes with hard backs are serious provocateurs for the formation of calluses and growths. Is your health worth sacrificing?
Having established the nature of the formation, the doctor prescribes appropriate treatment measures.
If inflammation of the tendons and soft tissues of the heel appears in the form of a lump, the following measures will help get rid of it:
Such remedies will help remove inflammation, improve blood circulation in the heel and relieve pain;
You should not use different ointments, as they have contraindications for complex use.
The ointment must be applied in a thin layer to the damaged area and secured with a bandage on top. Change the bandage twice a day.
Massage of the heel and growth, as well as foot gymnastics, will also be a very effective measure. This will improve blood circulation and promote the resorption of the lump.
Before going outside, be sure to apply a patch (Compeed, Hyperosteogeny) to the damaged area. It has an analgesic effect and protects the formation from damage.
In the early stages of the disease, you can also try to treat with traditional medicine. It is better to use them as auxiliary rather than primary means. Honey, propolis, decoctions of St. John's wort, rose hips, and chamomile have a very good anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect. You can make lotions from them and apply them to the sore spot, securing them on top with a bandage or plaster.
It is also necessary to exclude the influence of the causes of growth on the legs.
Folk remedies will help eliminate inflammation and pain
It is no longer possible to remove a bone growth with the help of ointments and plasters. It is necessary to undergo special therapy.
Today, there are the following methods for treating bone formations on the heel:
It should be noted that the growth itself cannot always be completely removed, especially if the disease is advanced. However, the procedures have a very positive effect on the damaged area due to:
The photo shows the laser therapy procedure
Thanks to this effect, a person can easily get along with the growth, and the latter will not interfere with normal life activities or cause discomfort and pain. The growth will also decrease significantly in size.
At an early stage of diagnosis and treatment, the growth can still resolve under the influence of impulses from special devices for the above types of therapy. Laser therapy and shock wave method are especially effective.
However, if the growth cannot be treated using the methods listed above, it continues to cause pain and inconvenience; only surgery will help get rid of the growth.
In some cases, it may be necessary to wear an orthosis.
It is worth noting that even if you managed to get rid of the growth, there is no guarantee that it will not form again. Therefore, it is necessary not only to treat it, but also to further exclude the causes of formation, as well as take preventive measures:
If the backs are pressed, be sure to use a plaster to prevent damage to the legs
Quite often, patients turn to doctors with problems related to their legs. A traumatologist will tell you in detail what to do if a bone in your foot is swollen and what treatment is needed. Modification of the joint not only creates discomfort when moving, but also causes pain.
Swelling of the bunions can occur at different ages and for various reasons. At the first symptoms of an inflammatory process in the foot, you should consult a doctor to find out the cause of the disease. The leg near the bone is swollen, and it is impossible to wear shoes normally; a set of medical procedures should be carried out.
The inflammatory process occurs for many reasons. The main factors influencing the development of the pathological process include:
When the bone on your big toe is swollen, the first thing you need to do is reduce the load on your foot as much as possible. Shoes should be light and loose.
With frequent injuries and the absence of appropriate treatment in the big toe joint, the integrity of the joint capsule is damaged, the condition of the cartilage and muscle tissue changes, and the production of joint fluid is disrupted. After illnesses, discomfort in the joint indicates initial changes.
A bone on the foot is swollen and constantly hurts - this indicates a stable disease that requires examination and treatment. The main types of examination to clarify the diagnosis are:
All types of examinations are carried out only after the appointment of the treating traumatologist. For some types of tumor of the big toe bone, the examination is carried out in more complex ways.
The most common manifestations of disorders in the thumb joint are:
In complex advanced cases, there are deformities of the joints, which are manifested by displacement of the articular surfaces and rotation of the fingers. First, swelling of the joint appears, and then (if untreated) displacement occurs.
Any manifestations of pain and changes in the condition of the foot joints require professional treatment. After clarification and diagnosis, treatment can be prescribed in a hospital or outpatient setting, depending on the severity of the joint disorder.
The bone on the foot is swollen and red, the symptoms do not go away after treatment, it is worth repeating a full examination for the presence of hidden systemic diseases. The main types of treatment include the following recommendations:
To quickly restore joints, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and chondroprotectors are prescribed. In advanced cases, antibacterial therapy is added. In complex treatment, in the remission stage, it is recommended to undergo a course of physiotherapeutic procedures:
If the bones on the feet are swollen, ointment dressings and medicinal compresses can be applied topically. Treatment with folk remedies gives good results, however, you should consult a doctor before use.
The traumatologist will explain what to treat and how to correctly follow the instructions. It is also recommended to enrich your diet with foods containing increased amounts of vitamins and natural collagen.
If the big toe bone is swollen after a long stay on your feet, it is better to change your shoes and distribute the load on your feet with rest intervals. For preventive purposes and in case of visible changes (only with the permission of a doctor), you can wear a special fixator for the big toe.
Timely contacting a specialist and following recommendations will always help you feel comfortable and avoid serious consequences.
Hallux valgus is one of the common diseases that most often complicates the life of the patient.
You have to pay for beauty. Love for beautiful, but uncomfortable tight shoes with high heels.
Wearing uncomfortable shoes and placing a large load on the forefoot leads to deformation of the foot. This is a challenge.
The pain experienced by a patient diagnosed with hallux valgus is the main symptom of the disease. Unpleasant sensations occur when walking for a long time and wearing the “wrong” shoes. If a lump on your leg hurts, you should consult a doctor, as this indicates the progression of the pathology.
Hallux valgus is a condition in which the big toe joint becomes misaligned. Due to heavy loads and wearing high-heeled shoes, it deviates from its “normal” position, causing a lot of inconvenience to the person.
And if in the initial stages of the development of hallux valgus the problem is more of an aesthetic nature, then later, when the bone changes the degree of curvature more and more, the bump on the toe begins to hurt, and swelling and inflammation appear in the affected area. Then the joints of the remaining fingers become deformed.
Pain occurs due to the constant presence of the bone in the wrong position and increased load on it. Hallux valgus at an advanced stage threatens to develop into flat feet, cause chronic joint diseases and provoke problems with the spine.
If a lump has formed on your leg and it hurts, you should consult a doctor! The specialist, taking into account the degree of damage and the general health of the patient, will prescribe treatment.
An orthopedist will make a diagnosis. Do not delay going to the doctor - the pathology in the early stages can be cured with conservative methods. But its neglected forms are a direct path to the surgical table.
Therapy for hallux valgus includes:
Therapeutic measures not only relieve discomfort due to hallux valgus, but also contribute to the patient’s complete recovery - the joint returns to its natural position, and the painful bump on the foot gradually disappears.
Only in 30% of cases do patients consult a doctor in the early stages of hallux valgus. Other patients go to an orthopedist for help when pain in the area of a curved joint bothers them even at rest. There are several ways to help relieve joint pain and swelling.
What to do if the bumps on your feet hurt and you can’t see a doctor yet?
Use the following effective recipes:
Removing the pain that a patient experiences with hallux valgus does not mean complete recovery - this way only the symptoms of the pathology are eliminated. Treatment should be aimed at correcting the defect!
