What Measures to Take to Relieve Pain Between Toes

Our feet are designed for walking. This is one of the most important parts of the body for us. Pain between the toes can occur at any time in most people for a variety of reasons.

Many people can endure this pain for quite a long time, but this is absolutely wrong. It is necessary to diagnose your discomfort at the first signs of pain, since an advanced disease is much more difficult to treat than one that has just begun.

The very first thing to do is to take measures that you can do on your own, this is, first of all:

  • Wearing comfortable, soft, wide shoes.
  • The heel should be low and stable.
  • Strictly observe foot hygiene.
  • Avoid injury and damage to your toes.
    • For preventive purposes, massage your feet and take a foot bath.
    • Remove the weight immediately, sometimes this is enough to eliminate pain in the legs, including the feet, since excess weight greatly affects the legs.
  • More often than men, women suffer from pain between their toes because they wear tight, uncomfortable shoes, wear high-heeled shoes all day, and stand on their feet for a long time due to the specific nature of their work, thereby not giving their feet rest.
  • Remember ! – Your legs need proper rest. Take off your shoes as soon as possible, or change into comfortable flip-flops.

    In order to get rid of leg pain, treatment must be comprehensive. The pain can be eased by using tablets, ointments, and injections. It is also necessary to massage your feet.

    Keeping your feet elevated causes blood to flow away from your feet and reduces pain almost immediately. Learn to use creams, preferably using lanolin. Rub the cream in until completely absorbed. Or ask your loved ones to give you a foot massage.

    If you have pain between your toes, ask yourself a question: have you been keeping your feet in closed shoes for too long, or have you walked barefoot on the floor in a sauna or bathhouse?

    If you feel discomfort in the sole area, itching between the fourth and third toes, redness of the skin, then most likely it is mycosis, that is, foot fungus. It forms between the fingers and, spreading, forms painful cracks.

    Since this disease is contagious, never use someone else’s shoes or wear someone else’s socks. Do not walk barefoot in the sauna or swimming pool.

    Wear cotton socks. And in order to avoid getting mycosis, follow simple hygiene rules.
