Leave the container in a dark, warm place for 10 days, covered with gauze.

Pour a 0.5 liter bottle of vinegar into a glass container. Add 3 large spoons of chestnut flowers. Cover, leave in a warm place for a couple of days, then strain. How is apple cider vinegar good for joints? Inflammation and pain in the joints can be caused by the accumulation of toxins in them, due to the deposition of metabolic waste in the connective tissue.
Acetic and malic acids, as well as pectin, which is part of apples, tend to absorb toxins and help remove them from the body.
In addition, apple cider vinegar contains enzymes that play an important role in regulating complex metabolic processes in the body. Antioxidants and vitamins protect cells from the destructive effects of dangerous radicals. This helps prevent or slow down the development of diseases that cause degenerative changes in the structure of the joints.
The following beneficial qualities of apple cider vinegar for joints can be noted:

Try this remedy for yourself and tell your friends who suffer from joint pain about it!
When grandpa started limping, we sent him to the doctor. There he was diagnosed with osteoarthritis. They told me to take Nimesan if the pain was severe. What’s great is that the drug is easily soluble in water, in case someone doesn’t know how to swallow tablets.
Apparently I'm already at that age when something hurts all the time. Joints are bothersome. In this regard, I was concerned about selecting a medicine for pain and inflammation. An old friend recommended Nise, but the price is a bit steep. I called another friend - he is a doctor. He says “don’t bother - take a cheaper analogue. There is, for example, “Nimesan”. This is the Nimesan I drink now. Nothing to complain about, it helps a lot. How do you choose a pain reliever?
When no ointments or gels save my knee from pain, I take Nimesan. It works within 10 minutes. But I try not to abuse it. It's not very useful after all.
In his youth he played sports. And so, when you are approaching 50, the past makes itself felt in the form of worn out joints. Thank God, surgery is not required yet, but walking is already difficult. I constantly drink Nimesan on the advice of my doctor. I don't feel any discomfort when walking.
In most cases, joint pain occurs from improper functioning of the human energy system. And the central highway of this system is the spine. In this case, it is necessary to restore all energy connections of both the spine itself and the diseased joint. Modern medicine, unfortunately, very often only fights the consequences of the disease. But in fact, you need to look for the cause, otherwise the treatment begins to go in circles. Doctors do not understand that a progressive disease has an energetic cause, and only by correcting a person’s energy can the disease be stopped and healed. Healers can cure and heal joint pain, as well as restore a joint without surgery.
Often people experience severe joint pain due to arthrosis, arthritis or another similar disease. Typically, doctors offer traditional treatment with medications, physical therapy, and exercise therapy.
However, medications do not always have the desired effect during therapy. In this case, it is recommended to resort to proven folk remedies that have proven their effectiveness over many years.
Adjusting the patient's lifestyle and using traditional methods of treatment have a beneficial effect on the functioning of joints with arthritis. One of the well-known and effective natural remedies for diseases of bone and cartilage tissue is apple cider vinegar.
It allows you to reduce swelling of the affected joints, stop the inflammatory process and relieve pain.
Due to its unique properties, apple cider vinegar is known as an effective remedy for arthritis.
This product contains a large number of minerals, including potassium, calcium and magnesium. If there is a lack of these substances in the body, the patient’s condition often worsens, and the swelling at the site of the lesion intensifies.
For this reason, treatment with a special diet and natural apple vinegar can alleviate the symptoms of an unpleasant disease.
In order for the treatment to give the desired result, the treatment must be carried out using natural fermented unfiltered apple vinegar. It is important that there is a small amount of sediment in the container - this is the main source of beneficial enzymes and nutrients.
Apart from the various recipes using apple cider vinegar, treating joints can be the simplest. The patient must include this product in his daily diet. To do this, dilute two teaspoons of vinegar with one glass of water and take the resulting solution three times a day before meals.
The following lists the basic and most popular folk recipes using apple cider vinegar.
One teaspoon of apple vinegar is mixed with one glass of cherry juice. The resulting mixture is thoroughly mixed. You need to take the medicine every day at least twice a day. Cherries contain a large amount of anthocyanins, which helps reduce inflammation. Additionally, it is recommended to include more vegetables and fruits in your diet.
A drink made from apple cider vinegar, grape and apple juice has a similar effect of reducing swelling and painful symptoms in the joints. These products are mixed in a ratio of 1:5:3. Drink half a glass of the drink daily.
Mix two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar with one tablespoon of olive or castor oil. The mixture is thoroughly mixed and used as a natural remedy, which is rubbed into the affected area. Rubbing should be carried out for several minutes. After this, the drug does not need to be washed off from the skin surface.
It is worth mentioning separately that apple cider vinegar is used for gout, and the treatment turns out to be quite effective.
Good results for joints come from daily consumption of a specially prepared drink. To do this, mix one tea bag of mint, one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar, one teaspoon of cinnamon and honey. The resulting mixture is poured with boiling water. In addition to its main properties, this tea also has an antifungal and antibacterial effect.
It is also recommended to take baths with the addition of two glasses of vinegar. The treatment procedure should take no more than thirty minutes. While in the bath, a light massage of the entire body is performed, starting from the feet and ending with the hands.
Treatment of arthritis and arthrosis using compresses is widely used. 1.5 cups of water and 0.25 cups of vinegar are poured into the container. The mixture is heated over a fire until warm, but not hot. A piece of soft cloth is soaked in the solution and applied to the affected area. The limb is wrapped on top with a warm shawl or woolen scarf. The compress is kept on for at least 15 minutes. If necessary, the procedure can be repeated on the same day.
Osteoarthritis can be treated with vinegar and cayenne pepper paste heated over a fire. The resulting mixture is used to prepare a compress, which is kept on the skin for at least 15 minutes.
To prepare medicinal baths, one glass of vinegar is diluted with 0.5 teaspoon of pepper.
Before starting treatment using traditional methods, you should consult your doctor on this issue. Despite its positive properties, apple cider vinegar may interact incorrectly with certain types of medications.
Due to the fact that this product is highly acidic, in case of problems with the gastrointestinal tract, the patient may experience unpleasant pain, heartburn and nausea.
Also, due to the characteristics of the body and high sensitivity, some people may experience an allergic reaction in the form of a rash, hives, itching and swelling.
It is important to understand that it is apple cider vinegar that has the above properties, and not apple juice, as some people mistakenly believe. In the first case, the product appears in the form of a weak acid, and in the second - in the form of a weak alkali. For this reason, they have different properties and each have their own effect on the body. However, not all the beneficial substances contained in vinegar can be found in juice.
It should be borne in mind that such a therapeutic diet should last a certain period of time while treatment is being carried out, and not for life. Otherwise, a negative effect may appear in the form of metabolic disorders due to lack of adequate nutrition and a lack of certain substances.

Home Gout Traditional recipes for the treatment of gout
Gout is a disease caused by metabolic disorders that arises and takes root in the human body due to a poor diet, oversaturated with fats and sugar, and alcohol abuse. Microcrystals of uric acid are not excreted from the body and settle in the cavities of the joints, interfering with the functioning of the kidneys. Contamination of the body with uric acid provokes obesity, endocrine diseases, diabetes, kidney failure, and metabolic disorders. Bone and joint tissues are deformed, their changes are followed by an inflammatory process and unbearable pain, which cannot be completely relieved by medications prescribed by a doctor.
Gout is characterized by an insidious course and gradually worsening symptoms. The longer the disease undermines the body, the more difficult it is to fight it later. It is important to begin treatment immediately after detecting the first signs of the disease. Folk recipes recommended by healers are successfully used in this field. Through popular efforts, recipes were multiplied that used natural products created by nature itself. They are varied, and a person suffering from this disease has a large choice; specialized books are full of remedies for internal and external use. The use of herbs and products to treat ailments is motivated by the anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties of the substances included in their composition, and the ability to cleanse the body of waste and toxins. Gout is more feared than traditional medicines, tested by time, than drugs that can only be called miracles of chemistry.

Many people, especially the elderly, are familiar with diseases colloquially called “salt deposits.” These are polyarthritis, arthrosis, heel spurs, gout.
When dealing with salt deposits, doctors and naturopaths usually advise excluding meat and meat broths, kidneys, liver, sorrel, peas, beans, beans, spicy foods, strong tea, cocoa, coffee, alcohol, eggs, and milk from the diet. They recommend salads from raw vegetables, porridge with water, boiled fish, cottage cheese, fruits, dried fruits, apples, currants, cherries, strawberries, lingonberries. If your heart allows, it’s good to visit a steam room or sauna, and instead of tea, drink a decoction of diuretic herbs. Interestingly, in England, salt deposition is extremely rare. This is explained by the fact that the British love tea with milk, and hot milk draws all the enzymes out of the tea.
I want to share my method of treating joint pain, which literally put me back on my feet. I was only 27 years old when severe pain in my knees brought me to the clinic. They treated me there with ozokerite and other physiotherapy procedures. Relief came, but the pain still returned. Later I ended up in a sanatorium, where they took care of me thoroughly, discovering also gastritis, colitis, and neurasthenia. They washed my intestines, prescribed the now rare subaqueous baths (underwater intestinal lavages), gave me microenemas with fish oil, and treated me with mud and mineral water. The pain is gone. But by the age of 50 they were back. Impurities, toxins, salts clogged my body. And again outpatient treatment, including laser.
I once read that you can use a loading dose of a drink made from apple cider vinegar to relieve joint pain. The author of the recipe recommended drinking 10 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar diluted in a glass of water with meals. It was claimed that on the first day lameness would decrease by 20%, on the 4th day by 50%, and by the end of the month by 75%. As a result, the pain will stop, the joints will begin to bend.
